I had some issues with the roof on our home, I was unsure what the cause of the problem, actually was.
I decided to choose three separate roofing companies to survey the roof and subsequently provide me with a quote for the appropriate work required.
Two of these companies just told me the entire property required a full re-roof,(without actually properly surveying it)
Liam from Home Shield Roofing came to carry out a survey.
He put ladders up, in order to take a closer look, he also surveyed every area of the roof and took many photos, in order to show me and highlight any issues.
I thought this was a far more comprehensive and thorough approach.
Everything was explained to me in really simple terms (without jargon)
It transpired, that all that was needed
(at this stage) was repairs/replacement of damaged roof slates and renewal of a section of the guttering.
Liam did inform me that this should keep the roof in order for around 10 further years.
This assured me that this would give me plenty of time to look at a re-roof in the future, and plan for it.
Liam was extremely thorough and talked me through everything. The price was very fair and the work was all carried out in a timely manner. All waste material was cleaned and removed from site on completion of works. And the team working on my house were all friendly and polite and extremely helpful.
All the surrounding area around the house was constantly kept clean and tidy and all the work carried out was to the highest standard.
In summary, I would highly recommend Liam and his team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
