Please do not attend the jobs these guys call the engineers book the job take the payment from the customer and do not pay the engineers and after a week they just block your number and they won’t answer their phone or email. Please stay away from these guys they are scammers

Would’ve gave no stars as they didn’t pay. Got a call from them for a desperate call out, attended, fixed and the won’t pay. If you’re a customer I doubt they’ll get anyone to you as they don’t pay the tradesmen that attend.

If you're a tradesperson and they reach out to you, avoid working with them. They will ignore your invoice once the job is done.

We paid cover for three years thinking we are covered. But who knew they don’t actually answer phone it goes straight to voicemail. Bloody scammers when they were selling cover they kept pestering to buy it and keep lying about their company and saying you only have limited time to buy this. Now they are hiding in a deep sea not answering. How government allows these scammers to operate on Facebook or other social media. We paid 300 pounds in total when it time to use the service they are scammers of London. They registered themselves professionally and scam people using their bank details
COMPANY IS A BLOODY JOKE
I have been paying into this company for about 2 years for my Hoover washing Machine. Never thought anything of it as I needed cover when its original warranty ran out.
I have tried ringing them 10 times today as there is something up with the washer it keeps blowing the trip switch. But each time the phone rings then cuts off, tried their email address but page is under construction.
The company is a bloody joke.
you have washing piling up and when you have health issues and you need a washing machine you need a reliable company to come out and fix it straight away.
I will be taking this matter further.

No one ever answers the phone
Engineer attended on March 24 advised will get part for the cooker , was then informed cannot get the part so will payout for the cooker. When it comes to discussing this with an agent was advised there was a call out charge and excess, the excess was not an issue but the call out charge I was unhappy with as it states on their website No Call Out Charge , since I disputed this No Answer from the company

This is a scam
This is a scam! - how is this company allowed to remain in business? After 2 weeks of calling and being met with an automated voicemail, finally got through to an operator who advised that we need to complete a claim form. This was submitted followed by more chasing. When the an engineer was finally booked, he was cancelled at the last minute as Home Appliance Limited have not paid the invoice. Avoid this company!

This company convinced my elderly and confused mother to take out a policy with them for something that absolutely did not need a cover!
I have been trying by email and telephone to cancel the policy and no one ever responds.
I'm guessing that if you actually wanted to claim on your policy, you equally wouldn't be able to get hold of anyone.
Avoid and warn your aged relatives not to sign up to them.
Customer Service Experience
I had a terrible experience with their customer service. There CS agent, Sophia, is both unprofessional, unqualified and rude. I believe she is the worst CS agent I have dealt with in my life and she is quite damaging to this company. That said, I have noticed some recent improvements in their service after they apparently hired new people. I found Jack, another CS agent, very helpful, responsive and polite. I still think the company has other issues and hopefully they tackle them ASAP before they lose more customers.
Unscrupulous Scammers Part 2
I wrote in Feb 2021 “This company took £72 from my 81 year-old dementia-ridden mother who has only the most basic and ancient of appliances.”
She is now 84 and in a home. This has not stopped this excuse of a company from stealing another £72 however. When will companies like this get shut down? Surely this is criminal behaviour?

I'd like to raise a few complaints with a senior manager, preferably CEO level regarding my the way your company has fraudulently took money from my parents.
My mum has phoned yourselves on a few occasions to tell you she did NOT need your product, your warranty but your company has done now 2 years running.
Both my parents are pensioners and do not have access to the Internet and this has made matters worse.
I've tried twice today to contact yourselves but there's no one at your end.
I will NOT hesitate to seek legal advice regarding this if I don't hear anything from yourselves within the next few days, then failing that a registered letter spelling out the above.

Fraud
Fraud. Called to me to say they were my current insurance provider for the Bosch machine. Then received a letter with DD agreement never agreed by me! They were not. BEWARE! I am taking them to Financial Ombudsman and FCA.

Excellent customer service from David and also a lady I spoke to once. They were both very helpful and David always rang me back to keep me informed. Would recommend this Company.

I was called back every time that I could not get through. Most importantly, the issue with my washing machine was resolved with money towards a replacement. I dealt with David ( Williams I think) and he was excellent throughout the whole process. No complaints at all
