Pool arrived quickly, and they were helpful with delaying dispatch until after my scan in case plans changed. Everything was in good order and it was easy to use and send back. It's a shame postage costs more to the Highlands but I don't think that's the company's fault.

Really hassle free service. Drop off and collection with all items needed. Pool was great I picked the Mia via tranquility pool! It was a great size, amazing pain relief!

Brilliant option, I hired a tens machine for labour which helped keep my daughters birth low intervention as I had hoped. It’s great to be able to hire the product and send it back thank you x

Had a really positive experience with the Birth Supplies company.
Originally remaining payment was due to be paid 23rd May, but as there were some concerns whether I was able to have a home birth or not I contacted their customer service to ask if I could pay the outstanding balance after I saw the midwife again on 4th June which they accommodated! They contacted me on 4th June to make sure everything was okay, and I received everything via DPD the next day on 5th June.
Sadly we never got to have a home birth, and we were late in returning the equipment due ending up having an emergency c-section and a long hospital stay, but again customer service were very understanding and accommodating!
In future I won’t be able to have a home birth sadly, but if I need any other supplies I will definitely use this company again!

I paid for guaranteed Saturday delivery before 1:00 pm, and the money was taken from my account but I received no confirmation email or text from the company. I had to call them to confirm my order and was told it would arrive Saturday as expected. No apology or attempt to resolve the missing confirmation was offered.

I waited in all day Saturday and the order never arrived. I phoned the company several times, leaving voicemails, but received no response until Monday morning, when a woman from the office called me back. I explained that I had paid for an enhanced delivery service that wasn’t fulfilled, and requested a refund for the delivery cost, which is fair.

The woman I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and refused to refund me. When I questioned the fairness of charging customers for a service that wasn't delivered, I was met with silence. There was no apology, no explanation, and no accountability.

The lack of communication and poor customer service was extremely disappointing, especially as I’m heavily pregnant and relied on this order arriving when promised. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and would advise others to be cautious.

I put down a deposit for the pool early in my pregnancy. When baby was still breech on the date I was meant to confirm the booking, Birth Supplies very kindly extended the deadline. We had the home birth we wanted. Pool was delivered in good time, was easy to set up and dismantle. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow and we also were able to get a hire extension when baby didn't show up until way past their due date.
Would 100% recommend this company to anyone considering a home birth.

I did not receive a receipt or order confirmation via email and therefore I cannot clear customs and my delivery is stuck. I emailed days ago and can’t get a response.do not recommend

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The website is clear and easy to find the information needed.
The instructions were really easy to follow, having everything easy to access being in the create with the pool.
Being a third time mum baby didn’t give us long to set up the pool and fill it. We just about made it full enough for the birth of our daughter.
It was easy to tidy up after the birth with easy to follow instructions. Would highly recommend.

Sadly my package got lost, but I had no confirmation of order being posted or delivered. When I contacted the company, they were apologetic and resent very quickly as I was due that week.

Love the machine, easy to setup and use. Used throughout full labour until getting into water.

I had a tough healing with 2nd degree tear which I didn't inform company about. Unfortunately, company didn't contact to wish me well or check in on my newest delivery. Instead, they sent demanding emails for the product to be returned and threatened with legal action.

Even when I finally got onto my replies, I responded saying my healing was a lot slower, and that I will get back to them as soon as. They didn't respond. Only today asking me for a review.

Here it is. Will not recommend hiring from to friends and family.

I hired a TENS machine from Birth Supplies and was really pleased with my experience. The kit arrived quickly and had a label on confirming that it had been checked and cleaned before sending. It was all wrapped up neatly and came with helpful instructions, and was all very clean and well maintained. When my baby arrived late and I had to return the kit late, they were very understanding after I let them know. Returning was very easy as a returns bag was also included. I would definitely recommend Birth Supplies to anyone looking to hire equipment to help with birth and would use them again!

We hired a pool and tens machine. The company were a delight to deal with. I was able to add extra items at short notice, and delivery was on time as promised. I would recommend paying for the collection service to return the pool, as it’s just one less thing to worry about when in the newborn trenches!

TENS arrived in good time with everything I needed for a good price. Full return instructions and postage included.

Our hire was easy, all questions were answered on the phone and the instructions were simple to follow. Our midwives disposed of the liner which helped. They recommend a fresh liner with each fill but we did a practice run and used the same liner for the practice and on the day without any problems so no need to buy extra liners in my opinion.
Would recommend.

I hired the Mia Via birth pool, and bought a few extras like large floor mats, bed pads etc. it was really easy to order, delivery was on time. My baby girl arrived 14days late, I had been booked in for an induction on the evening the pool was due to be returned. I contacted birth supplies and was so relieved that they would post pone the date of return by a few days. I went into labour that day and got to use the pool during a wonderful home birth.
Everything was easy to set up and clear away/take down. I would definitely recommend this company!!

We were looking to hire a TENS machine at relatively short notice and even though it was just before the festive period, Birth Supplies sent us one really quickly. The equipment was clean and in good condition and such a help during labour. Returns process was also very simple which was great especially during the postpartum period! Would highly recommend

I recently hired a TENS machine to use in labour. The machine worked great for pain relief, the kit included everything that we needed and the company were happy to extend the hire period as our little boy was late in arriving. A recommendation from us!
