Total BS salesman 'Havi' threw out unbelievable numbers and claims that simple didn't add up. When I called him on his simple math errors he doubled down with graphics that were more contradictory to what he was claiming. Then checked reviews and dropped them quickly from ever considering.

Straight up a scam. And it took med 6 weeks to get my money back. Klarna who handeled the payment, didn't get a hold of them either. And I myself, tryed 9 times. Mail, homepage and facebook. No response.

Sent me something that wasn't what I ordered.
Paid for a sweep, vacuum and mop remote vacuum cleaner. Ended up with a pathetic remote vacuum that can't manage to go over very thin mats, no water container just a small strip of micro fibre that apparently mops!! The picture of item i bought was very different to what I received

!!!!! FINGER WEG !!!!!
Der Wisch- und Saugroboter hat nicht im geringsten mit dem etwas gleich, was angeboten wurde. Keine Ladestation keine angepriesene Wischfunktion und die Saugfunktion mit deep Clean turbo und 15000 pa ist mehr als fragwürdig. Absolut unbrauchbar und schade um die Zeit die mit der Rücksendung aufgebracht werden muss. Zumal die Rücksendung nach Hong Kong auf eigene Kosten erfolgen muss. Das sind dann Mal gerne 30-40 €.... Carbuddy....Vielen Dank für Nichts.. 1 Stern ist noch zuviel.

Vorsicht Betrug!!!
Finger weg, Betrug!!!!
Sie bekommen kein Gerät aus Deutschland, sondern Plastikschrott aus China. Ich habe meine Bestellung sofort wieder storniert, als ich die Bewertungen gelesen habe. Und habe auch die Zahlung gestoppt. Seit 24.12.25 keine Antwort. Gestern bekam ich von Paypal die Info, dass das Gerät unterwegs ist. Alle Bewertungen auf der IcarBuddy Seite sind unwahr, vermute gefälscht. Ich werde auf alle Fälle, eine Betrugsanzeige bei der Polizei machen.

Be ready for scammer emails and calls
I saw one of their ads for a gutter filter system, I was interested in. The ad offered a free quote and ask questions about the house size and such. At the end they asked for an email address and phone number, which I hate giving out because then I get calls from scammers. Homebuddy never called me, but I started getting bombarded with crap emails and phone calls from other scammers.

No average quote available.
I saw their ad on X and it said there was a free quote estimate for gutters in my area. I answered a host of questions about my home, but did NOT get a quote unless I entered my name, email AND phone number. I just wanted to know the average costs in my area, not someone calling me. Ugh.
