Heritage french doors…
Bought a set of heritage french doors through home build doors. Josh is always very responsive in his communication, which is superb. Our doors arrived two weeks after the estimated delivery but with bespoke products being manufactured you have to factor this into your build, no real issues.
The doors are in now and they look absolutely fantastic! I am impressed with the quality and finish, only time will tell on durability but we are pleased with Home Build Doors, thank you.

Resposta da Home Build Doors
Dear Barrie,
Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. We value your feedback and want to ensure that your concerns are addressed accurately.
We regret that you have encountered issues with your door installation and the missing screws. We understand that we've been in communication with you and your builders, providing advice on how to address the installation concerns. We recommend that customers ensure their builders carefully de-bead the door before installation to prevent any damage. Please understand that while we are committed to helping our customers to the best of our abilities, we do not offer installation services for free, as it would be unfair to all customers who pay for this service.
We apologise for any oversight with the missing screws, and we are committed to resolving this issue promptly. As previously mentioned, please specify the locations where the screws are needed, and we will send you the replacements.
If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We are here to help you, and we want to ensure your concerns are resolved to your satisfaction.
Best regards,
The Home Build Doors Team
UPDATE (Customer Updated Their Review):
Dear Barrie,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to confirm that we had previously sent you an email containing a deglazing guide for the heritage doors you purchased. This guide will assist your builders in the deglazing process while ensuring the door frames remain undamaged. The recommendation to use a pen for touch-ups is provided in the event that your builders encounter any unintended scratches during the deglazing, although this should not occur when following the correct procedure.
Best regards,
The Home Build Doors Team
