Chair is lovely and comfortable
Chair is lovely and comfortable, I’d ordered the extra cushion, it didn’t arrive with chair but quick phone call and it was sent to me. Very friendly and helpful on phone and online chat. Would highly recommend for quality and service.

Friendly and helpful staff and easy to use website.
Chair was excellent and just what we needed.
My only negative is having to email regarding a delivery date as none was given but was given upon request straight away.

Thanks. on our short lead times planning our deliveries and keeping everybody happy is a challenge. We will only call a customer with the delivery date once we can confirm it. At the point of order we dont have an automated calculator as the website doesnt know about our other many deliveries, most customers, 40-50 per week are happy with our delivery responses and we constantly strive to improve. Your comments are noted and appreciated

Our customers will see this is not the norm. I the absence of an email reply assume its either still in your outbox or lost in space and call us. We do try very hard to give our customers what they require including cancellations.
Perfect.
Perfect.. quality, appearance & comfort. Purchased following a recommendation and we weren’t disappointed. Would definitely recommend.

We had a big problem with parcelforce and how they were coping with the massive increase in internet sales they were having to deal with during the covid crisis. Our very large boxes took up the space of many small deliveries and some of our customers ended up waiting too long. We now do all our own deliveries on planned routes and customers are communicated exact information regarding delivery
Great quality, super service
We are very pleased with the quality. It’s exactly as pictured on the website we ordered from. The fabric is lovely. It arrived in tip top condition, brilliantly packaged. My husband is delighted to have a comfortable stylish chair that fits his tall broad frame. Very impressed with service given order made during Covid19 lockdown. Thank You!

Overall a good response
Overall a good response. My initial email confirmation got lost and had to ring to confrim purchase and delivery gate therefore only got 4 stars. Website is OK but not the greatess to navigate
