I had Homecraft install gutter guards on my home. I had an initial problem that they responded to quickly and came out and resolved. I started to have an issue with one small part of the gutter guard where it lifted and was pointing almost straight up. I filed a claim online 2 separate times with no response. I called and left 2 separate voicemails, no response. I left a Google review and received a call nearly immediately. The lady I spoke with said they had never received my calls or claims. She said I was out of my warranty, which I agreed with, however contract states with a service fee they will service the guards. After being yelled at my the service lady and also getting heated in my response, she threatened to hang up on me. The entire time she was arguing the contract even though I was reading it to her verbatim. I also was stressing that I was more than willing to pay the service charge I just needed someone to come and fix the guard. She said they no longer serviced knoxville and did not have anyone local to come, she would call someone in Chattanooga to see if they could send someone. We ended the call, and she called back within a few min to tell me they could, quoted me the cost, I agreed and said I would get a call from their manager to schedule. This was months ago at this point and have had no contact. I actually do not wish to do business with this company, I have since hired my own person to fix their gutter guard. However people who are interested need to understand that there are some core issues with this company. The product seems to be good where it is installed properly. However if they end up moving on from your location it will be near to impossible if not impossible to get them to send someone to fix the gutter guards. I imagine the actual warranty people would probably be responsive as that is a different entity but that is more for failure and not service issues. Please do your research, ask all the questions if you are considering this company. I initially had amazing service, but the customer service following install has been extremely poor.

Awful customer service… shady in dealing with us. Twice, they didn’t do all the gutter they were supposed to and then said we didn’t want those areas done! Why would you only want pieces of your gutters done???
Do not give them your business. Outrageous prices! $10,870 and didn’t even do the entire
Roof!

I am very satisfied with the speed of my gutter installation.
I am looking forward to not having clogged gutters and trees growing from them.
I have great issues about being able to speak to workers with them understanding what I want. Not being able to tell them where not to extend the gutter etc. They extended gutter into my porch area .
The product looks and so far works well.

This is by far the worst customer service regardless of any industry I have had. They were great at the sales, but when it came time to help with storm repair- (covered by insurance btw)- they won't even call me back. I have now left 12 emails and voicemails and have not had 1 response.

I even tried to call the sales line and of course they answered right away. I shared my concern and she indicated I would hear from the warranty dept within 3-5 days- total silence.

I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from thinking that their customer service is part of their DNA- they completely ignore me. I have no choice but to now go on line and to the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Home Craft Gutter Protection did an excellent job of installing a gutter at my home. I recommend this service with confidence.

HomeCraft was eager to install gutters however, I've had problems since their installation and it has been next to impossible to get someone to come out and take a look. The gutters no longer drain to the down spout (this wasn't a problem prior to installation). Navigating assistance through their warranty department and promises from upper level employees was time consuming, frustrating and resulted in a series of dead ends.
I WOULD NOT recommend Home Craft to anyone.

I strongly suggest for you not to do business with HomeCraft Gutters company. The HomeCraft gutter company representative came to my house and told me that they would make my gutters be like new, clean them up, seal them with an excellent sealer that will prevent leaks and put the guard that will prevent leaves and any debris to clog the gutters. Unfortunately, I believed them and paid them almost $4,000. This company lied to me. They painted a pretty picture with promises they did not keep. When it came to the service, they don't do the job. The first heavy rain, water was gushing out the gutters and there were leaks everywhere. I contacted them to check them, they sealed them again and removed the gusher guards as they said that was the problem. Now when it rains water splashes all over the place. I contacted them again, they came out and told me that the gutters need to be cleaned again, be resealed and put the gusher guards back again. They asked me to contact Leo the supervisor. I contacted him several times and no answer. Then I called the sales supervisor and he no longer works at the company. I just got a hold of the warranty department phone number. I called the warranty department today and talked to Casie and now she said my warranty expired a few days ago and to send someone to offer service I need to pay a service fee. I explained I have been trying to get in contact with someone from their company for over a month to no avail but she wants more money. I asked who else I can talk to, and she said "this is as far as you can go". I was upset and told her that the customer service they provide was definitely not a good service for customers but rather poor service. Then she said well I was trying to tell you that I was going to see if I can talk to my regional manager to see if they can waive the fee. I told her she should have stated that at the beginning of our conversation rather than to try to get more money from me which was not going to happen. I am still seeking who else I can talk to to see if I can solve my problem. Please do not make the same mistake I made and stay away from HomeCraft Gutters. All I expected them to do is to provide the service they stated they were going to provide addressing the leaks and stopping the gushing of the water in several areas just as they promised. Also to warranty the work and be able to understand that If they would have answered the phone when I called, I was in compliance with the timing of the warranty.

Nice presentation but poor customer service. Guards were installed under the shingle making them curl up and voiding my roof warranty. Installed at such an angle that rain water runs over and look terrible from the street. Heavy winds blow one guard partially out. Question whether gutters were ever cleaned before install. Had to clean because they were not draining properly.
