A wasted day waiting for a plumber to arrive.
Arranged a drain clearing service at 8am and was given a time of 11am-1pm. No one attended and on chasing up I was then given a revised time of 3-4pm. Again, no one attended and I heard nothing from Homecure. After waiting at home all day I then gave up, cancelled the order and found another contractor. Such a waste of time.

Came when they said that they would. Plumber was very helpful and efficient. Mended problem efficiently. Did extra work for us. Would employ them again.

The plumber arrived on time as…
The plumber arrived on time as arranged.
He assessed that the water heater was beyond repair (which was as I had thought) and ordered the replacement.
As soon as the new water heater came in he returned to fit it.
He was courteous and friendly.

Homecare Plumbers are con merchants
Please be aware Homecare Plumbers are con merchants and Jamie seems to be well trained in how he scams people. Claimed the replacement part of a faucet was discontinued so recommended a replacement, came back with the bog standard mixer tap which retails for £25 and casually claimed it cost £65 and charged me that for a cheap replacement. They are not to be trusted this outfit are out to scam you. Be aware and go elsewhere.

Brilliant courteous service same day
Brilliant courteous service same day! I was stuck with no heating and no hot water with a family member arriving imminently, and Josh came and fixed it! Amazing, and for a reasonable sum.
I have used Homecure before and will do so again. Wonderful local service.

Toilet ordered and replaced in record time
Toilet ordered and replaced in my flat in less than a week. Everything sorted just from a couple of phone calls and emails, the team are quick and efficient and I’ll be using them again to re-do the rest of the bathroom!
