I totally suggest home design outlet to everyone, I wish I didn't waste my time searching online comparing other companies. Home design has the best prices and quality products plus very good customer service and you can no go wrong with free shipping. I've had experience with other stores with hidden fees and changed prices onc you get to check out, home design outlet is always on the dot with their prices.

The vanity I ordered was delivered on time. The vanity is a great quality with easy sliding drawers and attractive marble countertop. It was shipped in a wooden crate and was in excellent condition when opened.

I wouldn't know yet because I ordered it and haven't heard from the company about shipping or when I can even expect to receive the vanity. The website said most orders ship within 2-3 days which was why I ordered from this site and it's over a week now. A little concerned and annoyed at this point.

Midway through this process but so far I ordered a vanity online that indicated it was in stock. About 2 hours afterwards, I received an email saying the item was in fact - NOT in stock and would not arrive till the first week of June. My renovation scheduled was such that I am ok to wait till then but not any later. They assured me it will be to my by June 8th at the latest. To be continued!!!!

Finally, I found a company that I can rely on. Thank you very much Tolga and his team!

It seemed too good to be true b/c we saved 30% vs the best known online retailers. I was contacted 48 hours after purchase to schedule the delivery, which was then delivered to our door. Magic!

My experience @ HDOCM was amazing!! Stephanie, Marjorie & Thomas have been super accommodating, patient & understanding. Stephanie was by my side throughout my indecisiveness the entire time but stood by me & was attentive, professional, knowledgeable & gave me great suggestions & ideas. The prices & products are superb. Definitely will go there again in the future & will recommend them to anyone. Delivery was ridiculously fast & Thomas was super professional & sweet he even insisted that I inspect the pieces while he was there to make sure all was right. 👏💖

I was so concerned about receiving this beautiful vanity in good condition. I had really bad experiences before with different companies.
I did receive my vanity in one piece and they did great job to pack them , unbelievable. Of course my vanity looks beautiful as mush as when I first ordered online.

First of all I have to admit that customer service and delivery was fabulous!!! Me and my husband visited Home Design Outlet center in Skokie to purchase 2 bathroom cabinets. They have help us to choose the right size, design and color. Being them in stock!!!!!, was another applause to them. We have received our cabinets in less than 36 hours in mint condition. Highly recommend..

I am one of those people that review everything before going somewhere or buying something . Some of the reviews weren't good but anywhere you go you will have some bad and good. I know we can't believe everything because sometimes it is the customer's fault. Some crazy people out there.Fortunately, this place has almost five stars for all there locations and now I know why. Good service to the end and great product. And I found this place from word of mouth! Will recommend to all my clients and friends/fam. Everything was perfect!

When I ordered my vanity on a Wed, it did not get shipped until the following Monday because apparently there were computer issues. When I received my vanity on the following Wed, it was damaged and had to be sent back. Currently waiting on a new one while my contractor gets paid for nothing... disappointed as the freight carrier states they did not damage it. Had to give at least one star... would have given no stars.

I love my vanity. It's beautiful & classy looking. The center went out of it's way to make sure I received it in a timely fashion. The representative was quite helpful & respectful to my delivery date.

The product is perfect in design and very good quality. A problem with the freight company caused small damage to a top. The replacement was hand delivered as we were traveling near a ( 90 miles! ) showroom. This was done at our convenience.
Have purchased many units which have had excellent reception by all who have seen and used them.

Placed order, was told it would take 3 to 5 days and that is exactly how it went. I was happy with the service and the product was top notch. The delivery was quick and pleasant. The delivery man was very helpful. Thank you everyone.
