Scamsters! They send poor quality damaged product and then you just cannot reach customer service. All numbers are invalid.

Poor quality of products and they don't refund even if the customer is not happy.they call the flaw in the product their design.the site deletes the negative comments on their site and show just the good ones.pls don't buy.

Don’t buy their products. They don’t offer exchanges or returns, and the so-called 48-hour policy is misleading it only applies if the product is incorrect. It feels less like they value long-term customers and more like they’re just trying to clear stock. Customer service is unhelpful and simply repeats scripted responses regardless of the issue. For the price point and how the products are described, it’s not worth the hassle.

Okay, let's get this vented out! 😤 So, the item took a month to arrive, and it's defective AF - can't even install it 😒. Tried contacting customer care, and crickets 🐦. Super frustrating and total waste of cash 💸.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Home Essentials was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to warn others.

I ordered two products from them:
1. Serving trays that were advertised as sturdy enough to flip upside down. In reality, the base was a flimsy, loose piece of plastic that kept popping out—you can’t even place a glass on it. It’s completely unusable and I had to discard it.
2. Two three-tier stands that arrived warped and bent, most likely because of poor-quality material and careless packing.

When I reached out for an exchange, they insisted on a video even though the pictures were crystal clear. After “investigating,” they called the obvious damage a “minor defect” and refused to exchange or refund. Instead, they offered me a discount on a future purchase—why would anyone reorder after receiving defective products?

Between substandard quality and evasive customer service, it’s shocking how brands like this continue to operate. My suggestion: don’t waste your money on Home Essentials. Their products look good in ads but arrive like cheap, poorly made knockoffs.

Horrible delivery service. And wrong product delivered. We tried to contact them via chat, phone and email. They are collecting info, since a week, but doing nothing about it. Meanwhile, we are still getting harassed by messages of delivery. I don't know what. Also the guy took too much money for the product. The delivery was done by Amazon delivery service in India.
