This is not a UK company. Wish I had read trust pilot before ordering. The kaifori coffee cups advertised as 200ml capacity and video shows larger cups. What you receive are tiny cups holding barely 100ml. When complaining they say 200ml is for 2 cups added together not individual ones. Total rip off and they ask you to pay to return to China if you want a refund..which I seriously doubt you will ever get. I have written it off as bad judgement and just wish yo warn others. Don't fall foe this sham company!

Bought 2 items, one item was damaged and the second the description online was definitely not correct when it arrived. Have sent photo's as requested and a video (the latter they said they couldn't open??), then asked what the items were! Now trying to obtain a refund and a returns address but just get the same response as in "what item is damaged" even though its clearly visible on the photos. In my opinion the company is farcical and would not recommend or advise purchasing any item from Homefaves.uk

Another Chinese con company I ordered a turbo clean brush set they accepted my order I paid they sent an invoice to me . The item has not been delivered they are full of promises it’s on the way it’s in the ware house etc .another Chinese con con company if they are a company. My advise is don’t order from these stay well clear.

I bought a kitchen timer that didn’t work ( I put in new batteries) I’ve written to them 5 times and they won’t give me a refund until I send them a video of it not working, why would u send a video of it not working it doesnt prove anything as all ur showing it and nothing happening. Dont recommend will never order from them again

Advertised mineral mugs, they were never a mineral glass cheap plastic. The lips sharp could easily cut lips. They have gone straight to charity shop. Stay away

i ordered 3 candles they took 1 week to arrive but it is very strange i fitted 2 batteries to each candle and the are light for about 6/7/8 minutes at a time then they go out pretty poor

WARNING- do not buy unless willing to get a product which isn’t as described.
In addition as this is a Chinese co, they want you to pay postage back to China!!!!

Which is illegal when product is not as described!!

Ordered a number of some snow glow lights from these clowns. A bag arrived eventually with bits of a plastic kit in the bag which had no instructions and only worth about £2. Tried to send it back but they wanted a return form completing which was not supplied.Eventually found their address based in China. Not cost effective to return this rubbish which cost me over £48 altogether. Scam company BEWARE OF THESE CLOWNS!

Would have given a no star review if possible!! …. Please do not buy anything from this company … they take your money and run! If you send them an email you suddenly receive an email saying your order is out for delivery with Evri but it never arrives and then you cannot get any response from any correspondence you send them after that. Might as well throw your money in the bin!

This is an appalling company - probably fake and therefore a scam. Takes your money and no goods are sent. You try to track your order and the site says company unavailable. DO NOT use.

Awful company. Item sold is not what you see in the image they use. Bought a snowglobe and it came as a cheap nasty kit - not mentioned once in the description or images. Customer service is awful and refuses to refund for mis-sold item. Do not buy from them!

Took ages to get here, emaild the company as one of the lights doesnt work. Happy for replacement ir I'll send them back, slow at sorting response

I ordered a spin mop and 2 extra pads received the pads but no spin mop when I tried to find out where the rest of the order was I tracked the order and it said it was delivered I think I was conned into buying these pads believing I was buying the whole thing . £15 pounds not a lot of money for item I ordered but far too much for what I received. They put you off returning item by saying you should pay insurance on the parcel which is a typical ploy that these Chinese sellers use they don’t seem to be a U.K. company.

You think it’s UK but from China. Recorded email received when tried to contact them regarding non delivery of goods. Tracking stated goods returned from departing airport ????
The Marie Celeste was easier to track down.

After buying a mop and putting it together, I tried to use it but when I tried to pull it though it snapped. I received a returns form from the company with instructions and the returns address. After taking it to the post office it cost me £14.75 to return the faulty item. Today my parcel with the faulty mop was returned to me. This is not the result I expected and I would not recommend buying from HomeFavers.

I placed an order on 10th December believing that delivery would be in a matter of days. At no stage was I told that it would be shipped from China as I would not have made the purchase.
The updates on delivery were dire but made it clear where the goods were being shipped from. It was well over a week before there was any sign that my order had actually left China. My order (2 x LED Flame Bulbs) arrived on 31st December.
The goods were not as good as the advertised sales picture and gave only the smallest amount of light. Money wasted.
Please note how all reviews on their website are exclusively 5 star yet almost exclusively 1 star here. Odd huh!
So, I am yet another dissatisfied customer who will not use that poor company again.

Fake company. Placed an order in plenty of time due to be received before Christmas. Got an email with a tracking number shortly before the deadline but the tracking number was a fake one that Evri confirmed never existed. As of today, no parcel nor any reply from customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service no product after 7 weeks, useless when you try and email them, wish id never parted with my money and read the reviews first before buying the product

I ordered a lamp for a Christmas present for a friend. A delivery arrived from Yodel on 28th December. It was put through my letterbox and before I could get to the door the driver had gone. It was a a very tiny wooden replica of a
guitar! I contacted Homefaves but they said it has been delivered and I would need to contact Yodel and complete a form for non-delivery and send them proof to show I had contacted Yodel about it. This proved impossible! I asked for a refund but Homefaves said they could not give one without proof from Yodel. I will put my trial with this totally rubbish company down to experience and would advise anyone against ordering anything from them.
