Great polite guys did a good job
Great polite guys did a good job re boarding my loft and installing new ladder. Still having bit of trouble with getting the ladder down and back up though
13th April. I was told last week that someone would ring and arrange to come have a look at the problem?

My proud roof
The two lads that came to do my roof were amazing couldn't ask for better they were polite, definitely hard working i honestly couldn't ask for anything else i mean even the company itself tried to find ways to be able to get my roof done as i didnt have all the requirements for them to do their job so if anybody comes to me and ask about my roof or whatever i will definitely be recommending you guys you have made on happy customer thankyou not just to the two lads that did the job but the company thankyou i am very happy with my roof it looks really good better than before

Paving
Have fixology out to put paving slabs on my drive, all look good but after a couple of weeks it had sunk,. They did offer to come out as part of their guarantee to put it right.

Following your concerns, we attended promptly to carry out an inspection. After investigating, it was identified that the issue related to a drainage problem further along the line, which was outside of our control.
We also confirmed that the original installation had been completed to the correct specification, and as part of our guarantee, we offered to return and replace the affected section once the drainage issue had been resolved.
We understand that, given the circumstances at the time, you chose to proceed with your drainage company to rectify the issue.

Driveway cleaned
I was told everything that they would be
doing. After getting rid of any grass or weeds they pressure cleaned the drive.
A sealant was the last to be put down.
Very happy with the finished drive, it
looks like it did when first laid.

Professional & Conscientious
We decided to let Home Fixology renovate our block pavement drive because, having had an unsatisfactory jet wash in the past, we wanted a professional job and these seemed to fit the bill.
It turned out that they were extremely well organised and let us know the procedures to be carried out right from the very start. The crew that carried the work were very pleasant and easy to get on with. They appeared knowledgeable and left us feeling confident that they knew what they were doing.
Unfortunately they soon realised that the job was more difficult than originally thought. This did not phase them and did what was necessary with no corners being cut or any attempt to revise the original quote for the work. On completion the work was inspected by a company empoyee and and made sure that we were satisfied before we were asked to pay the balance.
They are not the cheapest company you see advertised but their whole ethos was just what we required.

Good experience
Home Fixology cleaned and treated our pantile roof. Although the start date was a bit later than expected due to weather, they did a great job at a good price and I'd recommend them. The roof looks fabulous, and the ridges, flashing and gable/firebreaks were all made good and repointed where necessary. The lads were real grafters and had great attention to detail. Customer service from head office was good too. Nice people who do a good job.

After care service
I had an issue with an elevated tile on my porch roof. I wondered what Home Fixology's after care was like, since I had had the work done around 6/7 months ago. I sent them a picture and they sent 2 lads round to fix it the following day. Excellent service, I was very impressed.

Excellent job in every way
We were very impressed with all aspects of this work. From the sales call, where everything was clearly explained to us, right through to completion. Workmen were efficient, tidy, and thorough. They talked us through what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves every day. On the last working day they then went round and cleaned again. We were very pleased with the end result of having a roof that looks like new. They even came back and hand delivered the guarantee.

Peace of mind
The removal of earlier loft insulation and new insulation put in it's place was done with minimal inconvenience to ourselves and the house was left with just a small amount of tidying up for us to do. Prior to the work being carried out we were made completely aware of the process and our expectations upon completion. We were not disappointed. Highly recommended.
