Excellent from initial enquiry to our dogs first stay.

We made a booking through HFH for the first time recently for our dog.
The process was extremely well organised. We met with R. and V. before the booking was confirmed. They are very experienced with dogs having been previous owners and our dog took to them quickly on the initial visit. The booking was then confirmed.
Our dog settled into their home very quickly, was clearly much loved and I was given regular updates and photos during her 3 day stay which was really lovely.
Would highly recommend both organisation and dog carers!

HFH take the hard work out of finding the best care. There are on - line platforms that promise the earth (take your money) & deliver very little. HFH standards are high and the care they found for our Boy recently couldn’t have been better.

The registration was thorough which made me feel very comfortable from the onset. Just back from holiday and Paddy was looked after impeccably by his boarders and they too were happy with him.
I wouldn't hesitate to book again and highly recommend Home from Home

The dogs had a wonderful time with David & his family as usual. We had regular updates on how much they were enjoying themselves via WhatsApp. Already booked for our next trip.

This was the first time with a new carer and despite the fact that I was completely disorganised when dropping Peggy,(without half her stuff!) Stella and Jim were unfazed and everything went well. They sent lots of updates and I was reassured that she was enjoying her holiday ‘home from home’.

Phoebe stayed at Simon's house for a couple of weeks recently and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention that she received from him. Phoebe has stayed with Simon before and greeted him like an old friend. Simon sent regular updates with photos and videos and I could clearly see that precious Phoebe was content and enjoying her little holiday too. Thank you Simon, we'll be back!!

Our dog sitter was welcoming, kind and reassuring. We have never left our 14 year old dog but we are confident that he had a wonderful weekend and was cared for with love.

Lynn was lovely with Molly. She was a good communicator both before and during our holiday with regular updates. I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing that Molly was in good hands and was being loved and cared for.

Such a ‘home from home’ for my dog Jessie that I think she would have loved to have stayed longer with Denny and Mick.

Very professional and efficient company to deal with. I had left it late and yet was able to organise a local and experienced boarder within days. Philomena was wonderful with our dog and sent us regular updates - first class care. Would highly recommend.

My 2 dogs had another lovely time with their boarder and were thoroughly spoilt, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lynn has now looked after them 6 times, Bobby and Holly love her as much as she loves them. I can go on holiday with complete peace of mind and enjoy seeing the photos of them looking happy that she sends to me.

I left my two West Highland White Terriers with Jean for a long week-end. They've been before and settled in quickly especially in her lovely garden which they adore. I appreciate that Jean can cater for the little challenges that two terriers can bring. Both dogs returned home very happy. I am pleased they had a little holiday of their own with Jean. Thank you.
