This was our 4th booking with HomefromHome and this time our dog stayed with Jackie and Charlie.
We were really pleased with the care they gave her whilst we were away, it was obvious from the first meeting they are real dog lovers. We received regular updates on how she was getting on along with photos and videos of our very happy looking dog. Perfect service.

Home from home dog boarding is a great service, we are happy to leave our 2 dogs with the dog sitter, she sends us regular updates of our dogs and spoils them when there with her. We have used the service several times and will continue to do so.

Really great dog sitting and so caring. Not only are the staff friendly and very helpful, the dog carers are fantastic. I’ve been using this company for 9 years and I’ve always had lovely carers for my dogs. Dave, my latest carer is lovely and really looks after my dog Sue and lately, my new pup, Eric.

The couple who looked after Alice for a month were very warm and pleasant and clearly loved dogs However when I collected Alice from them they said that she was incontinent of urine and had had some bowel problems She had clearly lost weight and looked unwell I took her to the vet who was very thorough and prescribed her antibiotics and drugs for a bowel infection and she recovered within 24 hours I felt bad that they had had to deal with these problems while I was away but wished they had taken her to the vet when she could have been treated sooner and would have quickly recovered

Took the greatest care of our 16 year old Shi-Tzu. We couldn't ask for a better home from home experience.

It was fabulous! The process of booking our preferred family was very easy and we were able to work with the caregivers and the agency to secure our preferred dates. Our 2 beautiful dogs are so happy to be going to the same family where they are so happy and loved! The care received is top class and we are so happy that we have found such a wonderful cater! It is great for Tyson to go to the same carer, Veronica. She looks after him well, updates us and sends us pictures. Its a real comfort to us knowing he is in very safe hands. He loves going to stay with her.

My Irish terrier absolutely loves going to Susan and Albert. He is always very well looked after.

Lychee was matched with Susan & John who were perfect for him. Obviously knowledgeable about dogs, ensured that they made Lychee feel at home & kept me updated. When he went back for Trip 2 he ran towards their front door!

My dog had stayed with that family before, so I knew that she would be well cared for.

this was Macs first visit to Alison,she looked after him very well.took him for lots of walks and sent us lots of photos so we could see that he was very happy with her

With Home From Home you know your dog is going to be safe, exercised, and well cared for. What I was delighted to also see is how calm our dog was with the carer, Wendy.
When visiting a new place our dog tends to go a little crazy, exploring everything, and pushing her luck. After 24 hours, a couple of photos over WhatsApp showed the dog was able to relax, get some snoozing and cuddles in — like we know she can.
Wendy totally understood what our dog needed, was very sensible with her, and even managed to fit in a little bit of training to calm her at meal times.
There's a lot of experience in the carers, and it shows.

Fantastic communication and all questions answered and for a first time user they were great at explaining how the system worked so We felt very reassured. Friendly, efficient staff who matched us perfectly with our dog sitter who had plenty of experience with our breed.
A meet and greet was set up and she knew exactly how best to interact with our dog. She was aware that it was our first time leaving our dog who is 10 and we felt comfortable that all needs would be met. She kindly agreed to a back up plan if our trip was unexpectedly delayed but thankfully it wasn’t needed. We went on our trip with confidence that our dog was fully catered for and would have lots of fun.
Would highly recommend the service on our experience. So pleased that we were recommended by another happy client. It will be our first stop for any future trips.

Archie had a long stay with Vanessa this time and loved every minute. It is truly like another home for him and another doggy mum. Vanessa and Jess look after him so well, he gets thoroughly spoilt. When I drop him off he runs in and when I collect him he goes between the 2 of us, it's like he is not sure which one to stay with. I would thoroughly recommend Vanessa and already have Archie booked in for another stay.
