Had alarm, 3 outside cameras and 2 internal cameras installed at the end of September 2019. From the outset I was having trouble with them. False alarms, cameras not working and an internal camera alarming every time I walked past it. Had two "engineers", at different times, to come out to fix things, but still not working correctly. Eventually got fed up of waiting for an "engineer" so I spent a couple of hours on my computer trying to work out how to stop camera alarming, which I eventually did (for now) on 24th November. In conclusion, I consider the firm to give poor service, rarely anyone in their office and lack of consideration for customers. I have emailed them with my thoughts, but no response. I have a service contract with them for the next 5 years, oh what joy. I should have given them one star, but they always seem friendly when eventually contacting them, which you have to do via their personal mobiles.

Got a quote from tom. A bit more than another quote but the work, products and aftercare have been amazing. Jack - the install guy was really nice and showed me how everything worked with all different configuration and settings I could have.

I had security cameras installed a month ago by Homeguard247 and I am still waiting for the front camera to be functioning properly ! They advertise countrywide service but It looks like I need to go to court to get them to provide me with what I paid for!!

After looking around at getting some quotes I am pleased I ended up going with homeguard247. They were very professional and provided a clean install with CCTV and alarm system in one.would highly recommend.

What an amazing experience dealing with Home Guard 247 Ltd. I sent an email early evening requesting a quote for a burglar alarm to be fitted. Literally ten minutes later I received a call from Jon from Home Guard. I explained to Jon why I needed a burglar alarm fitted quickly which wasn’t because of being burgled but to try and prevent being burgled because of the death of my husband. Jon arrangemented to visit me the next morning to discuss my requirements. At that appointment with Jon, he was courteous, professional and very understanding. Jon explained everything so well to me that it was was to say yes straight away. And Jon arranged for the chosen alarm to be fitted a week later. Carl the electrician from Home Guard was punctual on the day of my alarm being installed, he was really nice, professional, caring and nothing was too much trouble for him. I have now have an amazing burglar alarm system which has given me security and peace of mind for myself and my daughter. I can’t recommend enough Home Guard 247 Ltd.
