I have used this company for a lease extension and found them to be professional, clear, do what they say they will do and have kept me informed of progress throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would use them again without reservation.
The final documents were sent to me last week. The process took longer than expected due to backlogs in Land Registry.

From my very first conversation with Mo in Feb 2025 to my final conversation with Joelle in March 2026, things could not have gone more smoothly with Homehold and Leashold. Mo had given me a rough timeline from when work would commence in May of approx 9 months.

The freeholder's surveyor came in July 2025, and in November Tasha notified me that the lease extention had been confirmed. I signed and received the fully completed lease in Feb 2026; 9 months almost to the day.
