So far so good.. I've not yet solid my property. The first stage was finding cheap but efficient conveyancers. Home Legal Direct seem, so far, to have achieved success in this objective.

This is the third time we’ve used home legal direct for arranging conveyancing for house purchases and on education we found them to be super responsive and able to answer any questions we have in double QuickTime. Highly recommend.

First contact with HLD was excellent but they connected me wirh a hopeless Conveyancer who failed throughout the process and HLD were unable to help in my complaints process after completion.
I cannot believe that they retained the company on their lists.
