Well, my bedside touch-lamp gave up a week before Christmas so I frantically searched online for a replacement. I found just what I wanted at HomelightsDIRECT and placed my order and the delivery date was quoted as 31 December. So, I was going to have to struggle over Christmas.....oh well, bit of a nuisance but never mind. So, imagine how surprised I was to have it delivered BEFORE Christmas? Very cheerful delivery driver, very well packed parcel, beautiful lamp and just as perfect as I hoped it would be. Now, that's what I call excellent service and I would not hesitate ordering from them again. Thank you......I hope others see the light!

Fabulous company and great light fitting.

I bought a light and it showed up a few days later. And it worked.

Customer service were excellent when correcting my ordering error.
Products ordered were received on time and in excellent condition.
Lamps are good value and quality, plus accurately described.
Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the seller.

Item hadn't arrived after 2 weeks, phoned up where it got to and conveniently I was told it will now arrive within 48 hours. 2 items arrived, one of which was faulty. Sent back with return label, 3 and a half weeks later with no replacement, no email updates and fobbed off whenever you try to ring; it either goes straight to voicemail (which they never return your call) or put on hold then eventually it hangs up either 5 mins in or 10 mins in. The worst telephone support service I've experienced.

Today, at final straw so spent the last 30 mins repeatably calling after they hang up, get through to someone, put on hold then hangs up then through again eventually to again conveniently being told that my item will arrive in 48 hours.

What a joke, avoid. It's a shame, because the product is actually nice but the company is aweful to deal with; whether via email or trying to get hold of someone on the phone.

EDIT: Also, I should of trusted the previous trustpilot reviews; noticed they've started a new trustpilot account because they were rated so poor previously.

Fantastic service! I contacted the company for a replacement glass holder - not only did they have them so that I didn't have to replace the entire unit, they sent me 4 so I have spares, and all for free. Superb service I am so impressed. Thank you so so much.

Communication was excellent, packaging and quality of the products was of a high quality and the cost of the items were very competitive. Would definitely buy from home lights direct again.

Great prices on Philips bulbs. They simply cannot be bought at anything like the prices they were in any High Street shop.

I hadn't used homelightsdirect.co.uk before so thought I'd give them a go. Ordering was simple, the price for the LED bulbs I ordered were a third of the Amazon price wanted and delivery came 2-3 days before they were due. Overall very happy with company and will definitely used them again when I come to ordering more bulbs.

I bought 4 x led wall mounted brick lights for my garden. Having found the lights I wanted, Homelightsdirect had the most competitive price. I ordered and they arrived on time.
The lights are excellent offering 4 x 10w which actually is brighter than the 2 x 150w halogens they replace.
I liked being able to check on the order as I waited the few days until arrival and they kept in touch. Would definitely buy again from them
