We had ordered a bathroom vanity that took a while to come in. I called Customer Service and Danielle was wonderful. She kept in touch with me as to when the order would be in the warehouse and then when it would be shipping to me. It was very calming to know that someone cared to keep the client informed and not cancel the order. When the vanity arrived and we opened the box, it was well worth the wait!! The picture online doesn't do it justice. I am so glad that we used Home Living Style and when we are done with the this bathroom, I will be using Home Living Style for my next room. You can't beat their service!

This bathroom vanity setup included everything I needed. I was pleased to see it was made of good quality hardwoods and plywood. I had a slight issue with one of the faucets but customer stepped up and sent me the replacement part. Totally transformed our bathroom for a reasonable price.

A highly-motivated Customer Service Rep at Home Living Style coordinated seamlessly with the Shipping Department to provide an overnight solution to a time-critical issue, not of their making. Although not a life-and-death situation, several people in the supply chain pulled together to deliver a quality product in a near-impossible time frame, thus circumventing a costly, multi-month delay in our commercial endeavor. Our clients are extremely happy, and so are we. The products were high-quality, as advertised, and they arrived looking as good as -- if not better than -- what was portrayed on the website. We also found that the Online Chat tool significantly enhanced our shopping experience throughout the entire process. A Customer Service Rep responded to product and shipping status inquires promptly, usually "real time" ... almost like having a Personal Shopping Assistant, without having to endure the frustrating hassle of wading through endless automated menus in a telephone transaction. In the midst of a remodel I for some reason didn't anticipate the construct that nobody in the United States would want to sell me a vanity for the bathroom. I assumed these were normal everyday purchases and would be easy to get hold of, how wrong I was! Having found the exact piece we wanted I contacted several sellers who all told me it was on back order until next month. The wonderful Danielle at HLS was the only one who offered to help me locate another that would work. She stayed until the evening to dig out every single piece that fitted my requirements that was in stock, and constantly checked her email to answer my frequent questions about them. That night we found a vanity that worked perfectly, I ordered it and Danielle hounded it through the system all the way to the warehouse and it was delivered less than 72 hours later. Absolutely incredible service. I'll be recommending HLS to everyone I know.

I have purchased a wine cabinet and curio cabinet for my home from home living style and after two years both the cabinets are still looking like new cabinets. Everyone who visit at my home, they can't stop themselves to appreciate the manufacturer.

the problems with this clock started in April when I was told it was on back order at the factory. customer service advised me immediately and I chose to wait till September for delivery. after I received the clock, it ran for a few weeks, and then stopped. this kept happening with the run time growing ever shorter. when I finally contacted homestyleliving, I was already past their warranty period, but dan in customer service none-the-less immediately got me an rma and prepaid shipping label to return the clock to the manufacturer. he followed up until the clock was returned to me. unfortunately, it ran for sixteen hours and then stopped again. Dan worked with the factory, quickly got me another prepaid shipping label, and as soon as he confirmed the factory had received the clock back, processed a full refund. despite my disappointment over the clock, the high level of service and fast response from homestyleliving kept a irritating situation from devolving into a horrific one. I highly recommend this company.

I am going to be married by next month and this is the time when I have to setup my home by my own, which is very tough job for me. Selecting home furniture is bit difficult but home living style made this possible for me . With the help of home living style my home is ready to move after my marriage.

I was nervous about ordering bathroom vanities on the internet for our new house, but had a wonderful experience with Homeliving. 2 vanities arrived with no damage, lovely granite coutertops and sinks. They are both stunning and look like I spent a lot more than I did. Would recomment this to anyone looking for high quality at fair prices!!

I made a whoopsy. I put in my billing info instead of shipping info when buying but I didn’t realize this yet.

I get a call to schedule delivery and I’m so happy! Next day comes around and I get a call from my mom “Why am I getting a bathroom vanity to my house with your name on it? Early b-day pressent?” Darn. The delivery guys refused to come to the right address even though I live 7 blocks away! So I called Home Living and like magic, 5 minutes later, guess who shows up at my door? (Hot) delivery guys.

My husband told me that most companies would charge for rerouted delivery location but not Home Living!

Whether you get a piece of furniture from a local furniture store or online, there is always a chance you’ll run into damaged deliveries. I’ve ordered more than a dozen pieces of high end furniture over the years so I know it goes with the territory and I had a few disasters too.

Well, this time it happened again. Damage, and by the shipper too...

I called up Home Living Style and their customer service rep was very apologetic and laid out the plan to a quick resolution:
1.) Send pics,
2.) Refuse delivery
and he promised that they’ll get right on it. I did what he suggested and you know what? Two days later, I got a new tracking number. The new piece already went out.

That’s quick and that’s what I like and is the way it's supposed to be, well done!

i like when my orders are easy and boring. you order, you get a confirmation and then it gets shipped and then you have it. thats what happened here. thanks for giving me a boring order hls!!!

i ordered a clock in may. within a few days customer service emailed me that it was out-of-stock with the manufacturer and wouldn't be available till september. i was given the choice of canceling the order are keeping it and receiving a 5% discount. i replied that i would wait if she was sure the item would actually be available then. within hours i received an email in return saying that the c.s. rep had personally phoned the manufacturer and been assured the clock would ship in september. the last week of august c.s. emailed me that the clock had shipped and gave me tracking info. it arrived yesterday.

it's not often that you find this kind of follow-up and concern from a company, and it was really great.

My wife and I were searching for a bathroom vanity/console upon which we could place an undermount sink attached to the stone countertop of our choosing. We first went to eVanity.com, but despaired over filling out the questionnaire for a matching vanity. Then we went to VanityMatch.com, but soon discovered that many of the vanities we looked at were already married to bathrooms. But when we saw the Empire Industries South Beach SB2522 at HomeLivingStyle, it was stainless steel love at first sight. We exchanged EMails at first with the Soth Beach model -- we didn't want to rush any purchase -- and then moved to text messaging, and finally, we took a chance and called! It was love at first sight. Or call. We talked and talked and talked! Who knew that you could fall in love with a bathroom vanity?

And then we made plans to bring the South Beach SB2522 to our bathroom in Brooklyn, NY, even though we knew it might be a difficult transition for such an independent and stylish vanity. But there was no problem at all. The SB2522 got along with our contractor, and we got four thumbs-up when we showed the vanity the stone-and-undermount-sink that would sit on top of it.

Now, some three months later, the Empire South Beach vanity we purchased from HomeLivingStyle is a full-fledged member of our family. And looks just as good as it did the first time we met. Look ... I've been around the block a few times, and this doesn't include the time I fell for a French Louis XIV pedestal model that was lovely, but whose plumbing demands drove me crazy, or as my therapist, Valéry Giscard Salledebain described it, "au bord du désespoir."

One of our neighbors gave us the best possible compliment when she told us that Victor Hugo wrote (in his autobiography), "Stupidity talks, but vanity acts." No truer words were ever spoken. Or written. Or conveyed in a testimonial.

In process of remodeling a bathroom,we decided to explore a manufactured vanity versus a custom built unit. Found a unit that looked good on line but supplier could not verify availability. Found Home Living Style also offered this unit. Their customer service person Michael took charge and investigated and informed me the unit was discontinued and not available at all. He then guided me to a different manufacturer that he recommended as better quality than the unavailablle unit. I found one I liked and Mike assured me he would contact the wharehouse and check availabilty. He followed through and due to the fact we were on a tight timetable suggested he place order immediately to reserve a place in line. This happened late in the evening outside of normal business hours. He was also willing to give me a slight discount to compensate for the iterative process. Mike then put me in contact with shipping department to ensure we coukd coordinate delivery as the job site is not normally occupied. All of this was seamless and proactively accomplished. The unit arrived on schedule and undamaged. The vanity exceeds my expectations for quality and beauty. I am very appreciative of Michael for his guidance, advice and follow-through service. I highly recommend this supplier.

I was skeptical about ordering furniture of unknown quality and manufacturer. But after talking with the sales staff I was ready to take a chance because the vanities were exactly what we were looking for for our new home. Well they proved our trust. The vanities are unique, high quality and awesome! The vanities were packaged very safely and delivery was a breeze. I would recommend to anyone!

I was price comparing on amazon, overstock, and wayfair when I came accross home living style. I never heard of them before but they had a great price on the James Martin Bosco so I gave them a call. Someone (Michael or Mike I believe) picked up the phone. A real person! He reassured me on the company so I toook the plunge and spent over $1500 with them (I'm not rich, my wife just realllly wanted this). To my relife, I got a call 8 days later to schedule delivery for the next day. I got the Bosco and it was exactly what my wife was hoping for. Thanks home living style!

First of all, I have to say the folks at Homelivingstyle has been friendly. I have not had any trouble reaching customer service, and I appreciate that very much. However, my bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet will not arrive in time for the scheduled remodel of my bathroom, and so here is my complaint and suggestion.

When I called in my order in May, I was told that the items were on back order. I gave the sales agent the date my builder was beginning his work. He assured me that the arrival date would fall during week of the remodel. At no time did he suggest that the items would be so late. In fact, now I have my doubts that they will arrive at all in the near future, especially after reading other reviews (which I wish I would have done before ordering. Live and learn).

Here's what I wish the sales agent would have said: "Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the arrival of your items in time for your remodel. May I help you find another vanity and medicine cabinet that are in stock and guaranteed to arrive on time?" This company has such a large variety of beautiful items that I'm sure I would have been satisfied with a different choice. However, this unexpected delay is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. Thus, I would not recommend buying anything from this company unless it was guaranteed in stock. Thanks.
