We had a custom made bassinet with a very difficult and unique base that absolutely nobody was able to make a mattress for (regardless of price). These guys were flexible and made sure it was perfect. Honestly received an absolute top quality bespoke custom product. Could not recommend more.

The big test was, of course, how well did we sleep on these mattrasses: And we slept very well and are thus very satisfied with the product -- complementing a great website, friendly staff, and excellent shipping.

5 years and I still love my sofa!
When I moved into my little apartment I wanted to get a cute and stylish but also comfy & long-lasting sofa from natural materials. My mother recommended Home of Wool to me. So I ordered 4 custom made cushions to Munich - and I love my sofa since then. The covers are super practical as you can easily wash them. And when I wanted a change in my home's color palette, I simply ordered new beige covers - and I am happy since!

Love my pillow. I also ordered a raw silk pillow case. It is not what I expected in the texture of the fabric. It is rough compared to the silk pillow cases I’ve ordered in the past but the website clearly states that. The pillow is never hot and can be “molded” to any position I need it to be. Very happy with the pillow but will not order raw silk again.

Excellent customer service. Excellent time of delivery. Excellent product! We’ve had the mattress topper for two months now and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We followed the instructions and rotated it every week the first month. Now we rotate every couple of weeks. It has kept its shape, fluff, and comfort. We are very pleased with the entire experience.

Excellent communication and excellent product. I was hesitant at first to order from overseas, but the reviews talked me into it. I've been thrilled from start to finish! I love that you can customize your product. I got the pillow topper and loved that I could also buy the protector and choose the cover fabric. Same with the very cool side and back sleeper pillow. The express delivery was super fast, and the product arrived in great shape both times. My back is happy. My hot flashes have subsided due to the temperature regulation of the wool, and my sleep is WAY better. Thank you!

The service I experienced was helpful, supportive and responsive. They wanted to make sure I received the best product for my needs, even asking for pictures to make sure they understood where my seat cushions were to go and that they would be the right size. I love all of my Home Of Wool products! We have two mattresses, headboard, cushions, duvets, blankets and pillows for the whole family! My boyfriend has an allergy from home dust and after he started to sleep on the mattress with wool fill, his discomfort just stopped!
All products are handcrafted and very beautiful!

My wife and I found the bed to be uncomfortable to sleep on. When I enquired about returning it to get our money we spent on the mattress back, I was told that would not be possible. Now I’m wondering what to do with this close four thousand dollar mattress.
