Jimmy was absolutely superb through his whole visit. Very knowledgeable and immaculate in both his preparation work and whole recovering process. He was telling me he was son in law of Marty Johnson who built my table ( bought from Rex Leisure) 17-18 years ago. We ordered an outdoor pool table and are very pleased with its quality. I would highly recommend choosing the professional installation and the enhanced ball set, as the table is excellent to play on.

The main area for improvement was the delivery time, which was longer than expected. The quality of the cues was also mixed: the Panther-branded cues are excellent, but the other 2 standard cues are too light.

However, we were compensated for the delayed delivery with a superb set of snooker balls. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we are happy with our purchase. Plenty of fun for the kids (and adults!) this summer!

Great service at this place, I visited told them what I was looking for,, I picked the type and style I wanted the table finish and cloth colour I preferred.

Good customer support understanding knowledgeable

Been nearly 12 months since my pool table was ordered and delivered. It arrived damaged. Took 6 months to rectify part of the issue. Still trying to sort the other issue out after 6 months of back and forth. The owner is arrogant, condescending and obnoxious, and as business owner doesnt have the relevent customer service credentials.

The 2 boys (with more than 30 years experience between them) delivered my new Supreme pool table today. They also took my old table away as part of a trade-in deal. They did all this in just over an hour, which included removing my old table, installing and levelling the new table.
I was astonished at just how efficient and professional they were and very courteous and giving me free hands on advice.
This is a very well run organisation and if you are looking for a new pool table, then look no further. 5 star service!

The chuckle brothers brought my table,dropped it damaging the new floor and the new table.Then built it wrong with the cushion and nap in the wrong direction.If you can call it assembled.After a very long time a replacement base and a proper team ( Jimmy & Fraser) removed the damaged table Assembled the table correctly, nap in the correct direction.Brushed ironed leveled the table, Everything that should've happened the first time. So thank you Jimmy and Fraser

Amazing installation, very professional

Excellent Communication. Lead time was 6-8 weeks but was delivered at 4 weeks. The delivery guys were quick, efficient and extremely helpful offering advice.
Had a very tiny issue with a Cue which was replaced next day.

The guys from the office to the guys putting the table together was first class, the two lads who delivered and put the table together were so professional and were giving great advise on looking after the table and accessories. Love the table.

From purchase to delivery I was kept updated. Had to delay delivery and home pool tables stored it for me free of charge. Delivery and set up was very professional.
