No boiler service, poor customer care
I've been with them for boiler cover for 2-3 years now. My boiler was due its service in January and I am still waiting. It's been assigned to 3 different engineers now and none of them make contact to arrange the service with me, nor answer the phone or respond to my emails where I've asked for a time and date, being completely flexible myself. Home tree have ignored my past 2 chasers to them after they said they were going to arrange it themselves and let me know the date. My last message said I was making a formal complaint which had absolutely no response. I checked their t&C's and they have covered themselves by saying the service may take place up to 12 months after it is due. Terrible customer service. Will be going elsewhere.

Thoroughly recommend this excellent boiler and plumbing service. Yesterday rang, telephone answered promptly by Rebecca who was so friendly, helpful, positive and efficient. Just what you need when you're a bit stressed. I've needed their services before for a broken valve on a radiator and that was done so efficiently. Really good service.
