Homie is one of those companies that just feel good to be a customer of.

I have had great experience with their customer support, the installation was quick and professional, tha washine machine seem reliable and does the job, and it's nice to support something a bit more sustainable.

My experience canceling the service was horrible. They did not come to pick up the washing machine on the scheduled time. Not serious at all.

Goede service, behulpzaam, mijn wasmachine was stuk en Homie bracht uitkomst, betaalbaar per abonnement, vriendelijke bezorgers netjes geleverd. Bedankt hiervoor.

Heel fijn bedrijf. Vaak hulp nodig gehad bij verhuizing en aansluiting. Alles werd prima opgelost. Vriendelijk personeel.

Ik ben super tevreden over homie. Vorig jaar heb ik een wasmachine en droger op abonnement genomen en nooit geen problemen mee gehad. Nu wilde ik de wasmachine overkopen en dit was binnen 1 werkdag geregeld. Contract netjes geannuleerd nadat ik de betaling had gedaan en erg snel contact via mail. Erg prettig, kunnen veel bedrijven nog wat van leren!

I have been using Homie since June 2019 and back then I was so unsure about the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying so I did my research and found out that their service includes fixing (if necessary) but I had my washing machine for a year and I never had to do that. I enjoy seeing the monthly report and I can easily pay for the washing on my Homie account. Today, I just got my dishwasher delivered and I cannot be more happy. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. Thank you very much for your service and keep it up! I hope in the future I can lease a nice espresso machine from you. A girl can dream!

Absolutely excellent experience!
We stayed with Homie for over one year after we moved really quickly into a new place with my partner. New city, furniture, pandemic going on, etc... It was great to be able to rely on their service. Everything went as advertised, quality washing amchine, fast service, reliable tech support.
We wholeheratedly reccomend anyone who needs/wants this serrvice as part of their day-to-day life

Ik ging tijdelijk huren en wist nog niet wat ik wilde. Homie was een uitkomst want ze kwamen de wasmachine en droger brengen en installeren. En nu (2 jaar later) weer netjes ontkoppelen en ophalen.
Top service en zelfs in deze onaangename tijd van Corona! Werkt fantastisch.

De klantvriendelijkheid en professionele service, aardige deskundige bezorgers; leveren bij mij vijf sterren op voor Homie.

Ongeveer 1,5 jaar gebruik gemaakt van de service. Goede oplossing als je niet in de gelegenheid bent om een wasmachine aan te schaffen. Machine was fijn in gebruik, tarieven zijn ook redelijk. Klantenservice was altijd erg goed bereikbaar. Zeker een aanrader!

Currently have Homie around a month. I live by myself, and was worried that I would need to wash more than 20x a month and would be limited. This was in hindsight very much overestimated (I think I was 2x per week). The pay-per-use has made me more aware of the temperature I am using to wash, questioning if I could get the same result at a lower temperature. I also notice that I wait just a bit longer to wash, whereas before I was washing at half the capacity. Great concept, affordable prices, great customer service and clear communication about prices! I am pleased.

We have been customers of Homie for the past year and a half. It was easy to arrange and the service was excellent. It helped us greatly during the time we needed to settle in our new home and country. I would definitely recommend.

Hierdoor niet zelf met een wasmachine hoeven zeulen en bij samenwonen geen overbodige apparatuur. Daarnaast let je automatisch op duurzaam wassen.

Fast home appliances without a hassle!

I rent a washing machine via homie because I move around often and figured I don't want a hassle of spending time on buying one and selling the machine again when I move.

Pros:
Delivery was fast.
The delivery guys were friendly and brought the washing machine up to the first floor and installed it in my bathroom. Customer service reacts fast as well.

Could be improved:
-Washing machine is very old, so it's loud.
-Programs are not trustworthy - for example, I set the machine to 400 spins (very low amount of turns), but it spinned so fast (I would guess like at 1200 turns) it ruined some wool items.
-The delivery guys did not level the machine as promised by homie. Instead, they asked me for a cardboard piece which they then put under one washing machine foot.
-In the online app, you don't see how much credit you have used up this month (there is a monthly minimum).

Hele snelle levering, en snelle service. dat ben ik niet gewend!

I have been a Homiepayperuse customer since December 2019 and it's been a great experience so far. They delivered a brand new washing machine , carried it upstairs and set it all up in a matter of 30 mins. The washing machine is very reliable and has quite a few options for all kinds of fabrics. We had a wifi issue once and had no connection for a few days and the washing machine just stored all data locally and synced everything later .. adding money and paying for washes is also a super easy task via their much improved website. I highly recommend this ! They also claim they will help me move the washing machine ! That's yet to be tested but I believe them :)

Bijna gelijktijdig met het jaar 2020 gaf onze condens-droger de geest. Tussen het opruimen van de Kerstboomnaalden en de oliebollenresten door bracht de wet van Murphy ons als ongenode gast een bezoek: echt van alles ging tegelijkertijd stuk.. De financiële middelen waren daardoor uitgeput om direct een nieuwe (of goede 2e-handse) wasdroger te kopen. Na intens wikken en wegen (met de nodige scepsis) besloten wij toch om een abonnement af te nemen bij Homie. Per slot van rekening konden wij na een half jaar eventueel weer kosteloos van het contract af.
Na anderhalve maand hebben wij echter nog geen moment spijt gehad van deze keuze. De levering was punctueel, de communicatie (voor, tijdens en na de ingebruikname) meer dan prettig en efficiënt. Betalingen kunnen flexibel en snel uitgevoerd worden. Door de wifi-koppeling van het apparaat heb je een duidelijk en actueel overzicht van het gebruik en het saldo. De warmtepompdroger is eenvoudig te bedienen, superzuinig en met het gebruik van de eco-knop krijg je ook nog eens korting! Ook wordt de droger gerepareerd/vervangen, mocht er een probleem zijn: je loopt zelf dus geen risico (bij normaal gebruik!). Een andere pré: je wordt je nog bewuster van het gebruik van een wasdroger, doordat je per beurt betaalt. Erg fijn ook dat je 2 maal per jaar mag wisselen tussen klein- en groot abonnement, zodat je kunt inspelen op seizoenen en hoeveelheid was. Kortom: 'Homie' (= maatje, goede vriend) doet zijn naam alle eer aan in ons huishouden. Hoe kritisch we ook zijn: tot nu toe kunnen wij geen nadelen ontdekken. So far so good: onze complimenten!

Great initiative, payable, no ridiculously long contracts, website is clear and simple, customer service is great. I've been using this service for over a month and I have no complaints.
