What an out of this world experience this location was. A joy from start to finish.
This has to be one of the best setups in the UK. Everything about his place is high end and such attention to detail throughout.
The customisable lighting in every room made for some excellent backdrops. Choose your music through the site too, add this with a great selection of equipment, furniture and anything else you can think of.
Booking was easy, a code is given for entry just before your booking starts so the whole venue is yours for privacy. No face to face contact every needed.
A lot of hard work has gone into this place and you can tell, no stone is left unturned here to provide a stellar location for this niche. The venue is a credit to itself and the staff.
Can't wait to return.

Very well presented and very clean and tidy. Well set out well equipped and had a thoroughly great time I’m coming again on August 30 for 22 hours and will be back on September 9 th as well

The facilities were fantastic
The facilities were fantastic. Fully stocked for our needs, the lighting and music set up were superb, allowing changes to mood at an intuitive swipe and tap on the screens.
Had a little issue getting in, but that was due to previous guests, but with prompt communication the hosts were able to talk me through fixing the issue and we were in in no time.
We will be returning soon.

Visited recently and had an amazing time. Facilities are amazing and the environment is just spectacular. Myself and my sub had a full 3hrs of intense fun using various equipment including the extra trembler which blew his mind.
The reason for my low rate was the return and asking for the deposit only to be told they are deducting £25 as we didn't check the door was closed. Apparently it didn't fully close and they had to send a cleaner to close it so they charged me £25 for the pleasure. Now I accept it might not have been closed but let's bear in mind they stress on the booking do not be a minute over your time as they charge if you do and also because the cleaner is due straight after to clean it and prepare for the next guest. So with this in mind they didn't warrant changing the £25 when the cleaner was already due to come in anyway as per the email before and the guest information book. So for this reason it has tarnished my experience of the studio.
Such a shame because we had the best time ever me and my sub.

Hi David,
We're genuinely pleased to hear you thought the facilities were amazing, the environment spectacular and that you both had such a great time at HOM.
We do, however, need to correct an important factual point in this review.
The cleaner was not scheduled to attend immediately after your booking. The next scheduled clean was the following day.
The £25 deduction was therefore not for somebody who was “already due to come in anyway”. An additional journey to the studio had to be made specifically because the external door had not properly secured following your departure.
You subsequently accepted in correspondence that the door was potentially not closed. We also provided CCTV footage and comparison images showing the difference between the position in which the door had been left and the door when properly secured.
Guests are asked to check that both doors have properly closed when leaving. We don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. Whether leaving a home, hotel, workplace or private venue, checking that the door has actually secured behind you takes seconds. In this instance, failing to do so left a private venue containing a substantial amount of equipment and investment unsecured.
The requirement to leave at the end of your booked time is also entirely separate from when a cleaner is scheduled. Your booking was for three hours and therefore ends after three hours. Just as a hotel checkout time doesn't cease to apply because nobody is immediately checking into the room afterwards, a HOM booking doesn't extend simply because another guest or cleaner isn't waiting outside.
There is also an operational reason for this. Once the studio is vacant we remotely secure and alarm the premises. We cannot reasonably be expected to remain monitoring our phone for an additional 10 or 15 minutes waiting for guests to decide when to leave.
We absolutely accept that people make mistakes. The £25 deduction was not a punishment for making one. It was the reasonable cost arising from somebody having to make an additional journey to rectify it.
What we cannot agree with is the suggestion that the charge was unnecessary because a cleaner was already travelling to the studio. That simply isn't what happened.
It's a shame this has overshadowed what you otherwise describe as an amazing experience, but our responsibility is not only to provide a spectacular venue. We also have to protect it, enforce the same rules consistently for everybody and ensure the building is properly secured after every booking.
We stand by the £25 deduction and wish you well.

My favourite studio
I've used HOM Studio a few times now, usually with friends but this time around I made the booking myself. The booking process was straightforward. There is a calendar showing availablity so you can just select the times you want. Communication was very good and the facilities are the best in the business! I've been able to use and attend many places of this nature and this is by far my favourite. Hence why I come back time and time again!
If you're not sure whether to book or not don't hesitate. Make a booking and find out for yourself. You won't be disappointed. This studio has everything you could possibly need and if it doesn't you can put in a request.

The Perfect BDSM Studio
As the title suggests, I haven't a bad word to say about HOM. I've used the space both personally, and professionally and it hits a very high mark in every way.
The space is discreet, well equipped, and designed to provide comfort at every stage of play.

Literally nothing we could say to fault the studio, it was super clean the layout is amazing and so creative. The toys and equipment well you couldn’t ask for anything more. We will definitely be back!

A first class studio space
First time visiting and we found a diamond of a place , it’s amazing . To start with the entrance is discreet and easy to use ( even for a dinosaur like me )
I messaged Lewis on arrival and got a pretty much instant reply ( thanks for that Lewis ) The booking process is easy and fair , location is great , facilities are outstanding , and it’s by far the cleanest studio I’ve ever visited we will be back Lewis if you’ll have us

A Dungeon like no others
As always, this place never cease to amaze me, and the people behind it especially. HOM studio is by far the best private hire dungeon I've been in the Midlands, and I've been using this facility for the last 2 years! All the equipment has been finely choosen and kept to high standards - from the materials to the hygene levels. It has a vaste amount of toys, and the furniture is top quality. It really feels like a place you would spend hours and hours in!
The hourly rate is fair, considering the ampunt of work that is done on the background, and Lewis is always kind and listens to feedback - you find a person behind the screen, not a robot machine answering questions! I will always choose HOM studio over any other dungeons, that's for sure.
