Extremely Disappointed with Homzinterio...😔
We connected with the Whitefield branch after seeing Homzinterio on social media, but the reality has been an absolute nightmare. They trap customers with fake promises, demand 100% of the payment upfront, and then completely vanish once they have your money.
1. Delayed Handover & False Promises:-
They explicitly promised a 45-day timeline (including production and installation). Our work started in December, and it is now mid-May, yet the project is still incomplete. Every delay is met with endless excuses about factory issues or carpenters being on leave.
2. Internal Management Failures:-
Our site engineer has been changed 5 to 6 times. Every time a new engineer comes, we have to explain the entire scope of work from scratch. As a customer, your internal staff attrition is none of our business. Your internal problems should not stall our project; it is the company's responsibility to manage this.
3. Terrible Workmanship & Incomplete Deep Cleaning:-
Even the deep cleaning was done so poorly that stains and stickers are still visible everywhere. We were promised a re-clean, but nobody has shown up. Multiple minor finishing tasks are still pending, and no one is coming to complete them.
4. Total Unresponsiveness:-
Communication is completely dead. We have been calling the site engineer, CRM, and the branch manager, and the zonal manager repeatedly to get the work done, but no one answers. They don't even have the basic courtesy to return missed calls, under the pretext of being 'busy.'
This level of unprofessionalism, severe delay, and poor workmanship is completely unacceptable.
I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value quality work, timely delivery, or basic professionalism.
