Worst interior company

Extremely Disappointed with Homzinterio...😔
We connected with the Whitefield branch after seeing Homzinterio on social media, but the reality has been an absolute nightmare. They trap customers with fake promises, demand 100% of the payment upfront, and then completely vanish once they have your money.

1. Delayed Handover & False Promises:-
They explicitly promised a 45-day timeline (including production and installation). Our work started in December, and it is now mid-May, yet the project is still incomplete. Every delay is met with endless excuses about factory issues or carpenters being on leave.

2. Internal Management Failures:-
Our site engineer has been changed 5 to 6 times. Every time a new engineer comes, we have to explain the entire scope of work from scratch. As a customer, your internal staff attrition is none of our business. Your internal problems should not stall our project; it is the company's responsibility to manage this.

3. Terrible Workmanship & Incomplete Deep Cleaning:-
Even the deep cleaning was done so poorly that stains and stickers are still visible everywhere. We were promised a re-clean, but nobody has shown up. Multiple minor finishing tasks are still pending, and no one is coming to complete them.

4. Total Unresponsiveness:-
Communication is completely dead. We have been calling the site engineer, CRM, and the branch manager, and the zonal manager repeatedly to get the work done, but no one answers. They don't even have the basic courtesy to return missed calls, under the pretext of being 'busy.'

This level of unprofessionalism, severe delay, and poor workmanship is completely unacceptable.
I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value quality work, timely delivery, or basic professionalism.

We had visited Homzinterio in Jan 2026

We had visited Homzinterio in Jan 2026. The very initial and he first ask I had was to complete the interior design project by end of April. To this I was assured that if and only if I register with them by 3rd/4th week of Jan 2026, and comply with all the payment terms and sit with the designer and give my inputs in time, they can try and complete the interior project. I agreed to all of it and thats where I went royally wrong.
1. After the payments, I realized that while the cupboard materials are all there in my flat, the internal fittings are not delivered. This led to a delay of about one week.
2. When I started making noise the branch head - Ms Sukanaya stopped responding or even taking my calls. Instead stepped in another set of people/project managers who took on the responsibility of delivering the project. But then I was told that my delivery date now stands at end of April 2026 and not 25th of April 2026 as promised earlier.
3. Yet I persisted with them and pretty soon I was told that a lot of materials are not available - wall panel, hinges, hydraulics etc. You name it and it is not available. Worst thing is if any item is not available then there is no follow up or alternate from the team. It is just a one liner message on WA - 'Material not available'.
4. In the project team there also is a CRM who I tried reaching multiple times - Shilpi. She would never take any calls, or respond back to missed ones.
5. Finally I decided to escalate the matter and spoke to project leader Mr Charan, who assured me that all the work will be done on time and gave me a delivery date of 22nd April 2026 over email !
6. Yet again the pace of progress slowed down, so much so that there were period of 3-5 working days when not a single carpenter would visit the flat.
7. It was then that I decided to take it a notch above to Mr Vinay who is the CEO of the company. Once again a standard response and assurance and once again the same story of not doing any actual work on the ground.
8. Today, 29th of April 2026 as I write this review, there are still 16 odd items pending from Homzinterio to be done in my flat at the Prestige City, these include - Puja unit installation, Puja door fixing, Duco painting, wall paper fixing etc.
9. There are also items which were shown of some size and shape in the render but then what was delivered was either of incorrect size of altogether a different item. For example - Vanity door in the bathroom missing altogether. Kitchen rolling shutter fitted of smaller size. Fun part is that the designer - Ms Hamsa herself agrees that it is not as per her specification and yet we as customers are supposed to bear the brunt.
10. Today on 29th April 2026, once again I called the proprietor - Mr Charan to highlight that no carpentry work has been happening in the flat for last 4 days and I got a blunt reply 'Do whatever you want !'.

Clearly, this is a group of individuals - Charan, Vinay, Vijay, who are nothing better than roadside thugs, cheats. When highlighted that I shall go to the consumer court they have the audacity of challenging and asking me to Do whatever I please - they will not finish the project !

These are serious types of criminals with zero ethics and no self respect for themselves. To be avoided at all cost.

Day 1

Day 17: Waiting for refund after 3 weeks of email communication. Now no communication from HomzInterio. I have booked interior on 26th Jan 2026 with HomzInterio. Initially they have confirmed that they will finish interior by May 15, hence we have booked. After 1 and half month with all the delays from HomzInterio, they changed the timeline to June 30. Which was not acceptable. They are very good in buttering and splashing offers(Aarti). They have higher price value and they put 35%+10%+5% offer, still it is expensive then other vendors. They also offered a cot free of cost. Stating it last day offer to get the booking. They removed cot in between and added it back after the conversation. Lots of drama. Very much disappointed with HomzInterio. As they are not finishing the interior work on time, I have requested for refund and they denied. I have paid 1,26,000Rs and they have did only 3D design and that too not completed. I cannot change my time timeline, as I'm staying in a rented house and I will be still paying rent. Which is huge amount and also after muhurta in May 15, next date is in December. Hence I cannot change the date. Homzinterio team has communicated that I can do housewarming without interior. What a Senseless people (Sukanya). How people can be so dump. 100+ people come during housewarming just to see 4 walls, is that what she meant. What a nonsense. HomzInterio is never trustworthy and very disappointing. Had very bad experience. Hence I had to discontinue with Homzinterio. Kindly refund the amount. Money which I had given to Homzinterio was hard earned money and I need it back.

Vary happy with our home interiors

We recently completed for our home interior design project with Homzinterio. The team took time to understand our requirements and idea given that actually we needs.
Communication are clear during the design phase but execution its took little bit delay because we did mistakes between execution some measurements issues .. the team was supported to us to fixed that issue ..

And final result match the design that was presented to us.

Beware of Scamsters

They will take 30-40 percent money and then just sit for months.. They will not refund and do at slowest pace possible.

Then u r just stuck with them.

Updated Review – 23/10/2025
Updating my review after about 40 days. It was only after posting my earlier review that they finally responded and moved to the next stage.

They took additional payment and once again I’m stuck waiting, with no updates for the last 30 days, even though they had committed to completing the work within 45 days as there is no fancy work but only basic one. Now, they have completely stopped responding.

At this point, I genuinely feel scammed — I have nearly ₹7 lakh at stake paid till now and no clarity on what’s happening. Even before any actual work begins, they expect full payment. With their current behavior, I will be scared to even pay that.

I’m trapped with this company after paying them so much, and I strongly do not recommend their services to anyone.

Update 11 DEcemebt:
Even though they took all money and signed contract on 24September,, Still They are far from compelting work and refusing to pay penalty also.
Thye have put only 2 carpenters and for last 20 days they have hardly done anything..
Dont get scammed with this compamy by any means.. THey will force u to pay all money and then u are at mercy.
Simple interrior for rental purpose itself they could not finish in over 70 days post full payment which is hardly 30-40days work had I gone outside.
They are not even responsive.
Beware of them..

25Dec Christmas update.
Their scam continues where they still fall from delivering project.
Installed 4sqft. Mirror in place of 9sqft and saying take refund for 5sq mt..and they will not replace. Really junk. They can take that small mirror to see their shameless faces.

For cutlery unit of 450mm they may cabinet of 410mmm and not able to fit and stopped work.
I am just indefinitely stuck. Not one will listen.
But as per them they are committed to complete project which may take 1 more yr and they will do any refund till they complete.
Planning to go to lawyer and consumer court. If any contact pls share.
Just don't fall for false promises.
Will share all their names also in next update
Above all quality of work is poor. Edge bending not done. Screws visible outside over laminate..which as per them cannot hide.

Extenuating poor response

Extenuating poor response . I signed up with them to the interior after paying 25k deposit. The delivery date committed was 80 days for completing and delivery of a 1000 sft apartment. Since there was a delay of a 10 day to show the apartment, the delayed the delivery by another 68 days. Extremely poor response and no valid reason for the delay. They also refused to give my refund back after cancellation. They delayed the call back by 2-3 days everytime. Sameer, Hemachalam and Avi Please don’t do business with these guys.

Disappointed with the experience

My experience with Homzinterio JP Nagar has been quite disappointing so far. The delays began right at the design stage, which is concerning and doesn’t inspire much confidence about the next steps.

The designer assigned to me has shown very limited creativity or initiative. I’ve visited their center multiple times, and on most occasions, I’ve had to spend hours guiding the designer on what to create, where to place elements, and what colors to use. It often feels like I’m driving the entire design process, while the designer is simply executing my instructions on the tool rather than contributing ideas.

Many of my requests — which are fairly standard in the industry — have been met with “not possible,” and there seems to be a lack of experience and willingness to explore beyond the basics. Even simple design elements are taking much longer than expected to finalize.

There have also been multiple instances where renders were promised for the next day but were not shared on time. Follow-ups typically lead to excuses like the designer being unwell or on a site visit. This inconsistency and lack of communication is disappointing.

If I had the technical skills to use the design software myself, I might not have needed their support. So far, the experience has reflected limited creativity, lack of ownership, delays, and weak communication.

Spending 3–4 hours sitting with a designer just to guide them through basic layouts and colors is not what I expected when I signed up. I sincerely hope the team takes this feedback constructively and improves its responsiveness, ownership, and creative input moving forward.

For now, I’m choosing not to name any specific individuals, but if the situation does not improve, I may consider doing so in the future. I genuinely hope it won’t come to that and that things will move in a more positive direction from here.

They will initially gives lot of expectations and later they will charge heavily and after getting complete amount, they will disappear…one project , they will assign nearly 10
People and none of them will helpful. For each change, they will charge heavily and item is almost 1000 times than market price. You can contact me if you need more details..
