Het was makkelijk en snel geregeld. Accomodatie top met 3 honden.

Aankomst zeer gastonvriendelijk moesten 30 min wachten voor een gesloten deur van de receptie buiten. Hottube was heel vies! Inchecktijd stond verkeerd op site.Lag stof in slaapkamer en voor 1 persoon beddengoed niet klaargelegd.Receptie is dicht op zondag.We hebben vier dagen geen internet gehad.Alles gemeld bij receptie, maar werd alleen sorry gezegd.

Een heerlijk huisje voor mens en hond 👍🏽 we hebben een paar dagen genoten.

Geweldige vakantie gehad op de alpaca boederij in vorstenbosch, super mooi huis ,mooie omgeving ,gewoon perfect !!!

Het was een heel fijn huisje en perfect voor met de hondjes! Een mooi schoon en goed onderhouden park!

Het huis was zoals omschreven. Ruime omheinde tuin voor de hond. Rustige plek en goede uitvalsbasis voor dagjes weg.

Het huisje was schoon en goed onderhouden. De tuin is omheind en groot genoeg om lekker te kunnen spelen voor de honden. Het ligt in een prachtige omgeving

Ik heb hele kleine hondjes, niet elke tuin is geschikt, maar deze tuin was volledig goed omheind, ook voor extreem kleine honden. (mini teckels) Ze hebben genoten van de tuin, er was wat begroeiing, een boom en heuveltje en hebben heerlijk kunnen ravotten. Op het park zelf kun je goede wandelingen starten en je kunt makkelijk zowel je huisvuil als hondenvuil deponeren. Het huis zelf was simpel maar van alles voorzien en goed ingericht. De keuken was uitmuntend uitgerust en de zitgelegenheid was zeer comfortabel.
De aanwezige sauna was ruim en makkelijk in gebruik. Het enige minpuntje is dat je wel een auto nodig hebt om bij de supermarkt te komen, maar dit was al bekend voor we aankwamen maar kan een tegenvaller zijn als je geen auto ter beschikking hebt. Al met al een goed huisje om vakantie te hebben en met honden, of zonder, te vertoeven.

Our first impression on arrival was actually very positive. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and professional. Check-in was possible from 3:00 PM, and we arrived exactly at that time. We were informed that unfortunately our accommodation was not ready yet. As compensation, we received a voucher for a meal at the restaurant, a jar of locally produced jam, and a discount for another visit to the restaurant. That was a very kind gesture and initially made us feel very welcome.

Unfortunately, several things later significantly changed our overall impression.

I have the feeling that, due to the rush in preparing the accommodation — possibly also because of staff shortages — the cleaning was not done thoroughly enough. In the bathroom there was clearly visible mould, mildew and dirt around the shower area, the joints and the window. This was especially disappointing because we had chosen what was supposed to be a more premium type of accommodation. I have attached photos to this review.

We specifically booked a property with a fenced garden at an additional cost because we are travelling with two small dogs. The possibility of letting them safely spend time outside was one of the main reasons we chose Landgoed de Scheleberg. We actually found this place because it was recommended by hondenopvakantie.nl and booked it specifically with the expectation of staying somewhere that is genuinely dog-friendly.

That is why what happened on the second day came as such a surprise. We received a phone call informing us that our dogs were barking and asking whether we could keep them inside because neighbours had complained. I was genuinely shocked and found the situation very unpleasant.

Of course, I fully understand that constant barking for hours would be unacceptable and that dog owners should intervene in such a situation. But that was not what was happening here. Our dogs were simply behaving like dogs in a fenced garden, especially when another dog walked past the fence and was also barking. It is unrealistic to expect dogs staying at a dog-friendly holiday park to remain completely silent.

What I also find difficult to understand is why guests are charged extra both for bringing dogs and for booking a specially fenced garden if they are then asked to keep their dogs indoors. The whole reason we paid more for this option was to allow our dogs to safely enjoy the outdoor space.

In that situation, it starts to feel as though you are paying extra for a “premium” service that you are not actually free to use in the way it is intended.

On the first day, seeing our dogs happily running around the fenced garden, we genuinely thought we had found the perfect place to spend a holiday together with them. Unfortunately, after the phone call on the second day, that feeling completely disappeared. Instead of relaxing, we started wondering whether every time one of our dogs barked, someone would complain again.

This is especially disappointing because the park itself has a lot of potential, the surroundings are beautiful, and our first experience with the reception staff was excellent.

However, the combination of the cleanliness issues, visible mould in the accommodation and the attitude towards dogs means that, based on this experience, we do not plan to return.

A real shame, because after the first few hours we honestly thought we had found a place we would happily come back to.

Not only our dogs were barking. When we went outside into the garden in the evening, we could clearly hear other dogs barking persistently in the distance — some were even howling. Our dogs only barked occasionally when they heard or noticed another dog on the other side of the fence.

We hebben genoten van de omgeving en het bos. Minder was dat er wat mankementen waren in de chalet.

Onze vakantie is goed verlopen. Het huisje en alle faciliteiten erom heen waren prima. Ik heb alleen een negatief punt die onze vakantie sterk beinvloedde. De bouwwerkzaamheden bij de buurman waren niet alleen beperkt tot de werkgeluiden, maar deze aannemer blokkeerde met zijn auto's en vrachtwagens de toegangsweg tot ons huisje. Het was zelfs zo dat op de vrijdag wij ons huisje niet konden verlaten omdat er beton gestort werd en deze vrachtwagen blokkeerde de gehele toegangsweg zodat ik er zelf met mijn rollator niet langs kon.

huisje was niet schoon
de uitweg was drie uur lang geblokkeerd zodat niemand het terrein kon verlaten met auto,terwijl als ze je even van tevoren hadden gewaarschuwd dan hadden we de auto vast buiten op het parkeer terrein kunnen zetten.

Alles sehr mainstream das Handtuchpaket kann man sich sparen. Die Pakete kann man sich sparen alles überteuert uralter Handtücher, alte Bettwäsche alles Standard schade Empfehlung an alle die kommen ja die Häuser sind okay aber bringt euch Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Spülmittel Spültabs alles selbst mit weil wenn er die Pakete bucht, ruiniert euch und bekommt nur alten Shit.

Lekker prive gelegen bosbungalow.
Heerlijk liggend aan bosrand met vele mooie wandelroutes vanuit het huisje te maken over de Stabrechtse heide.
Elke dag zalig buiten onder de overkapping zitten ontbijten, lunchen en genieten van het mooie bosuitzicht. Leuke plaatsjes in de buurt te ontdekken en vooral aanrader is een bezoek aan kasteel Heeswijk-Dinther.
