I received wrong item and partially damaged. I am struggling getting my money back. The seller doesnt include any numbers to call or names its only the saleas team. The packaging it was delivered in was completely damaged. We opened one of 2 boxes as assumed it was the correct item and couldn't return. The other one turned out to be damaged and they still insist on returning saying that cannot issue refund for a damaged item. Cannot get through to their common sense. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I placed and paid for a frozen order on the Tuesday to be informed I would definitely receive by the Friday as it was needed for the Saturday, late thursday afternoon I receive an email saying order cancelled as not in stock ?? shocking never order with these again

Only had to look at adverts to know there was something drastically wrong....

We are a registered charity and ordered gifts for the most vulnerable in our community from Honesty Sales. Delivery deadlines were repeatedly pushed back, and ultimately less than half of the products were delivered and very late. As a result, our campaign was severely impacted.

Despite acknowledging their failure to fulfil the order, the company has failed to refund the outstanding balance of over £5,000. They requested additional time to process the refund, missed their own deadline, and are now saying they will need to make a payment plan with us, but won't be able to start refunding us for several months.

Being left significantly out of pocket has had a direct and serious impact on our charitable work. We would not recommend this company.

I think this company is a scam. I ordered 4kg of coronation chicken and heard nothing other than the order confirmation. Never delivered anything or got in touch again. No response to emails or phone messages. Do not use them.
2 hours after posting this review, I received an email stating that 2 of the 4kgs of chicken are on the way. 5 days after they were required for our wedding. Make of that what you choose.

Have purchased items from Honesty Sales several times and always pleased with their products and service....Perfect.

My order sent pretty quick. Heard nothing for a few days. Went on to tracking to see it had been disposed of. Contacted them
They said it wasn’t their problem. They wouldn’t be sending a replacement nor a refund. After legal threats a refund was ordered. Website and prices are too good to be true.
