Little pot's of honey gold!
Absolutely love the packaging of these little honey pots of spf25 lip balm with the honey dipper to apply the balm. The product actually smells and taste's of honey it glides on silky smooth and leaves your lips feeling soft and hydrated! Great gift for females of all ages. Honey lip balm.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Honeybalm. I contacted them multiple times by email and through their social media pages with a simple query about my order, but my messages have been completely ignored. For a company selling directly to customers online, basic customer service and communication should be the minimum expectation.
I also feel the products are misleadingly marketed. They are presented as natural, but when you actually look at the ingredients they contain various chemlcal compounds rather than being truly natural as suggested. That was quite disappointing.
To make matters worse, the products appear to be manufactured in Chlna, which isn’t made particularly clear when purchasing.
Overall the lack of response from customer support and the misleading marketing left me feeling very unhappy with the purchase. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Questionable ingredients, bit of a marketing gimmick
First of all, this is a Chinese brand, the products are made and shipped from China, so the shipping is not as quick as they say it will be. The claims to being ‘FDA approved’ is also a giveaway that this is not a UK/EU based brand.
This makes me question the origin and ‘natural’ nature of the ingredients - there’s plenty of claims about the general benefits of ‘propolis’ etc, but zero info on their website about the origin of where the ingredients are actually sourced from. For £8.99 full price per balm, I would want to know exactly where the ingredients are from to verify they are actually as high quality as the brand claims they are.
I would also avoid the SPF versions of the balms as they definitely have a plasticy taste to them which pretty much erases any of the scent you can smell when you open it. The website runs BOGOF and various other deals 24/7, 365 - not a tactic that is indicative of a reputable brand - so I think it’s quite clear they wouldn’t sell well if it was always full price. Overall, they’re a bit of a marketing/packaging design gimmick and I don’t think I would buy them again, contextualising the price with the questionable ingredients and the longer than expected shipping times.

The product is excellent, lovely lip balm, boxed well. But the delivery time lets the company down. It took two weeks to be delivered. Thats ridiculous. Its put me off reordering.

I’ve used honeybalm for a little over a year now , I absolutely love it . I have recommended this to my friends I’ve bought for my daughters my sons and my friends. I love to exfoliate once a week then apply a good layer to absorb into my lips .

Absolutely beautiful product
Absolutely beautiful product. I bought it as a present for my friend and she was delighted with it.
I was a bit concerned that it took a long time to arrive but it was worth the wait. The presentation was exquisite and the balm divine, would definitely recommend.
