Had trouble getting my product. Set Mini messages and emails and everyone was really nice and replied with information come to find out my mail carrier had my package in their locker. Once they found my package at the post office and they found it in the mail carriers Locker they were fired I got my package. I've been using it ever since I've had extremely bad chapped lips and tried everything I used the scrub at night before I go to sleep I wake up my lips for extremely soft and moisturized and I keep applying it throughout the day and just love love it.

I LOVE honeybalm! It’s so hydrating, the flavors are all delicious, and some even provide a little color for your lips , the packaging is adorable ! I like to keep a few for gifts . Def will purchase again!

This is the most wonderful lip balm I have ever used! It feels luxurious, and I love how soft it makes my lips feel. The packaging and applicator is so fun and very functional! This was the sweetest gift from my husband. I had been sick for over a month with the worst chapped lips I have ever had, this arrived just in time. All other chapsticks were burning my lips and making them worse. I will continue to purchase and support this wonderful product! Will never use anything else

After getting a honey balm as a Christmas gift for Christmas 2025, weather had been up and down so bad my lips on the sides were chapped and cracked and my other products that normally work wasn’t cutting it. I started using honey balm that was gifted and it worked within a couple days my lips were healed. Love this stuff!! Do I decide I needed more and made an order. I am now hooked

Overall moisturizing but doesn’t provide much pigmentation & the cinnamon scent causes my lips to tingle which is concerning. I would’ve preferred more tint/color & a lasting glossy finish. Noticed my lips would become less moisturizing & peel shortly after applying.

After a disastrous purchase in December, where Honeybalm was unable to get my order to me before Christmas, they reached out to me and offered to make things right. They were going to send me some product free of charge to help with the inconvenience.

I agreed and waited to see how the process would go since my last experience. The items arrived within 10 days which was still a little longer than hoped, but much better!

I still think they need to work on their shipping and tracking processes. Much improved though.

My wife loves the product. There is nothing bad to say about that. Just a little tweaking and they should be on their way upwards!

The flavors are so enticing. I bought 15-20 balms for Christmas and set them out as grab-and-go hostess gifts. My nieces jumped quickly to snag a favorite flavor. Don't worry, I picked my faves before guests arrived. I came back for the new flavor and sale.

My last emails requesting a refund were not answered. I am very disappointed. Luckily, my Bee Balm order arrived in plenty of time for Christmas- I was going to gift yours for New Years but they never arrived. This is the only package that did not deliver in time for Christmas.

Order came quickly, which I appreciate. The sugar scrub is awesome! Bought for myself and for gifts.

These are the best lip balms I have ever used! My lips are so soft now. My dry and chapped lips are so much better. The scents are great! So far I have tried 2 of the tinted balms (cherry, gingerbread), and both colours are amazing and last quite long on your lips. The best cherry ever!

I love the lip balm and the lip scrub! I really would love to see them make the lip scrub in the mint flavour!

I love my tiny little balms. They are so cute and make my lips feel amazing. I have always had trouble finding a product that works but not anymore. I love every flavor.

This balm is amazing. My lips have never felt better. So soft and smooth. Application goes on great. The smell and yea the taste is great. I love the applicator. I mean how cute is a honey pot holder and honey applicator.

Just received my bundle pack and tried the Candy Cane and I'm in love! My lips feel silky and not sticky at all! And I'm so excited that these products are all natural! Will be back for more for sure!
