I never recieved the product I ordered last November. They would not give me a real tracking number only tracking from there web site. I contacted them and they told me they would replace the order. Still have not recieved the product still have no tracking information. I believe this is all a scam.

It tastes like petroleum when you apply the lip balm! Completely disappointed 😞! It's like chemical!

Did not receive the products, zero response on multiple emails and messages on Instagram (through which I ordered this by promoted post) and also I got to know it is made IN CHINA! Unreliable and unprofessional!

Fikk varen i dag, selvom det tok lang tid så virker den veldig bra og lukter godt, valgte honning:) virker som den varer lenge og leppene ble super soft!

I had placed an order on November 17th and my order did not come until after Christmas. Apparently they cannot ship to PO boxes, but waited till I reached out 1 weeks before Christmas with questioning where my order was for them to tell me this. When I finally did get my order, the product is cute, but that's it. They all smelt like clay. I will never be ordering from them again.

I ordered gifts for Christmas on Dec 2. On Jan 2, contacted and canceled order. They generated a full refund quickly, but never apologized or gave details on the order other than website showed "shipped". Poor.

I was promised delivery by Christmas and this did not occur. When I questioned the company, they informed me that I was welcome to ship the product back to The Netherlands and pay for the shipping myself.

Til tross for at dette er produkter fra Kina, så valgte jeg å teste det likevel. Leppene mine ble sinnsykt myke av disse produktene, produktet holder også lenge og slipper å påføre hele tiden, liker! Gir 4 stjerner da det var veldig lang leveringstid (3 uker).

Horrible customer service. By order was guaranteed by Christmas, then by 12/29, and here we are on Jan 1st and still nothing. It takes a week if you’re lucky to even hear back from the company when you email them and they give you nothing. Just a “ can confirm it’s been shipped”. Awful.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, still haven't received. They act like they are U.S. based, but, are based in China. Not sure if I will receive this order. If I don't receive it by the 2nd of January, I will file a complaint. Would not recommend this company. Wish I would have read reviews before buying.

I placed an order that stated it would be delivered within 3-6 days, that was almost 30 days ago. The status of my delivery based on their response is “in transit” and they are unsure of where it is. They refuse to help (even after double digit emails/requests) with any resolution and only respond with a templated response that “they can’t issue a refund” even though the status has not changed in weeks. I have begged for help and they refuse to provide any answers at all. I am mortified I fell for this scam and hope this prevents others from doing the same.

Edit: After I sent a firm email that I was unable to send a picture of what I received and that I expected my issue to be resolved promptly either with a refund or sending the missing item, I got an acceptable response. Suddenly, Honeybalm was able to send the missing item and I free balm of my choice. I received more shipping updates and it arrived faster than my additional order. So, my issue was resolved in a fair way, but it took three emails on my end for that to happen. I love the product, but I'd probably order elsewhere the next time to avoid the hassle.
I will update this review if/when my issue if resolved. I placed an order totaling $65.94. When I received my order (and it took a very long time), 1 item was missing. I contacted the company. It took a very long time for them to respond and they admitted that the delay in responding was on them and not acceptable. They said to respond if my issue still wasn't resolved. I replied promptly and explained again that I was missing an item. They requested that I send a picture of what I received so it could be addressed with the shipping department. As these were Christmas gifts, I can't send a picture. I don't photograph every package I receive. Seriously, it's as if they don't believe me. I will update if they issue a refund or send the missing product.

Ordered November 16. NO communication, no tracking number, no product, no answers to multiple emails. They are a scam. It is over a month later, and only after 6 emails did they answer me, on December 27, yet still have not refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. A

Awful company. Ordered 1 month ago, advised would arrive within 5-7 working days. Once ordered, received a Royal mail tracking number. This never got updated. Nearly 2 weeks went by and then the online tracking on honeybalm updated to say ready for dispatch from somewhere in China. This is not a UK based company. Overpriced rubbish. Still yet to receive the order.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I emailed them on numerous occasions and they never answered my question. Never provided a tracking number. I can't believe how awful this experience is. And still have not received my package. Now i have to contact the bank and dispute the payment. Never again.

Terrible service. The delivery times are at best ridiculous- DO NOT RELY ON DELIVERY!!! I really MUST emphasise this point.
Customer service, what customer service! Took days to respond and they are very much of the opinion that the customers is WRONG! In this day and age companies like this DO NOT deserve to succeed. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Buy other items, the competition is vast and more deserving than this compnay. 0/10

It's not bad. I've ordered it before and used it. However, it is not made in the USA it is made in China. Shipping takes a while. They are cute but I would like it more if they were based in the US.

I'm reviewing the product a friend gave me for Christmas. She bought me the HoneyBalm Gingerbread, which I genuinely loved.
It comes in super cute packaging. It's an excellent gift.

Shipping sucks.
Claim they only had my PO box address and that's what the delay in shipping is.
Don't waste your time.
