I placed my order, waited and waited and it never arrived. The order says delivered but it wasn’t.
I emailed and emailed and then emailed some more.
Not a single person returned my email or fixed the error.
I wonder how many other people don’t get their order?
Quite a profit they’re making on non-deliveries.

I never got through the entire process of ordering from this company. You have to make sure you read ALL fine print. Right when you’ve ordered and ready to give your card information it states that customer should read everything before signing agreement and agreeing to stipulations. That sent red flags to me because I had no agreement with them I was simply buying 6 bottles of their Honeybalmand paying for said product. So “ I Did Read Every Single Line .” It stated that I further agreed to allow $10 to be me automatically deducted from my card until further notice an, it did say, that it would be put on a gift card that I could buy future product with. I do not want a reoccurring charge against my credit card monthly. You can’t get something stopped easily when you agree to that. I backed out of the process completely. I bought Nothing. Lost a sale and all future sales from me.

I ordered November 16th. I keep receiving emails that the "bees are busy" or "is on the way" then days later another saying "order delayed". Yet, they took the funds from my account the day I ordered! I purchased these for gifts and there's absolutely NO WAY these will be delivered with 15 days. After reading reviews, I'm shocked to learn these are not made in Norway, but China!? Really? Temu and Shein are faster! (and similar lip balms on Temu) If I look at my order, it says "cancelled" but they had no problem taking my money. This is the weirdest and most frustrating experience ever! Now, I have to call my bank and deal with getting my money refunded!

They were never explicit about where their products were made on their website. I found on their Facebook response that their products were made in the Netherlands. Upon receipt of the shipment, all of them were made in and shipped from China.

For a refund, they asked me to mail the shipment at my own expense to the Netherlands. They said it was stated on their terms. When I checked on their website, this was never indicated in their refund policy.

Their practice directly contradicts the representation they advertised. This discrepancy is misleading and raises concerns about false advertising and misrepresentation of product origin.

Amazing easy to order took about 2 weeks to arrive got an email and tracked through Royal Mail arrived a day later than expected but wow I love them all they smell so nice perfect pots a great Xmas present and stocking filler thank you I love them

Shipping speeds are ridiculous, ordered Nov1 and it’s Nov 29 still no where in sight, and there customer service is unhelpful. I’m canceling my transaction due to not receiving my product.

I ordered the product on November 15th and the site stated delivery in 6-10 days. Kept checking for a tracking number to see whether it had been shipped with no avail. Contact the customer service email because they will not provide a phone number and keep getting the standard email response. I placed my order in the tracking link they provided and it stated "cannot locate this order". Emailed them again regarding the issue and they send me the same standard email; only this time, once again, it just states the order is on its way with no tracking number 14 days after the original email stating it was shipped. Something doesn't add up?

I purchased a box of 6 All were good except 2 of the Cherry flavour They looked half used I’m giving them for presents but not happy with them What can I do to replace them

Buyers Beware!! I had no idea these lip balms were made in China! I have not received them yet. It has been ten days since I ordered. I just got tracking yesterday the saw it was coming from China. Bought these for granddaughters and don’t feel comfortable having them use these. I feel duped and I am out $30!! I sent an email to the company. We shall see if get a reply!

Worst shipping ever! Their website says you will get a tracking number in 24-48 hours. Wrong! I never received one and all my emails were answered with stock answers and just kept telling me not to worry. I finally received it (never did get a tracking number) but don't believe their website. Also, it's made and shipped from China which they conveniently don't mention. Product is just OK. Containers are smaller than I expected so not a great price for what you get. The best part about them is the cute containers but not worth the shipping hassles. I akso notice they only reply on here if you praise them. No response to the problems. Wont order again.

Product was ok. Delivery service used sucks! Also, there is no mention whatsoever that these come from china and that it will take at least a month!!! And before anybody says we'll it's coming from China, of course it will take that long. No, you're wrong because ive gotten packages from china just the other day that took only 9 days to get to me in the USA not 30 days!!!!!

Customer service not responsive. I received my order and it was damaged. Also, did not receive the buy one get one free! I was overcharged. First order each balm was wrapped and sealed. This order was not sealed. I sent several email and sent pictures as requested with no response. I will not order again . VERY DECEPTIVE! Credit card was also hacked. Very suspicious that it happened on this website!

Vanskelig å lage bruker så fikk ikke honeycombsene for bestillingen min, viste heller ikke ca hvilken dag pakken ville ankomme postkassen.
Ønsket å få Cheesecake balmen men mista 6-7000 poeng :(

I have yet to receive my order. At this point, I am not even sure it will arrive. What I do know is that I will never order from Honeybalm USA again. It may be the best lip balm ever, but the shipping process alone is enough to totally disregard this company. I've received emails stating, "Package arrived at your local postal facility", and "Good News, your package has been shipped and is on the way". None of which seem to be true. I asked for and received a tracking number which is through a company named SpeedX. Tracking information shows me that it has been at a warehouse in Linden, NJ, for the past few days without any further movement. I will definitely be surprised if this order ever arrives. In another week, it will be one month since I placed this order and after that date passes, I am going to request a darn refund!

I didn’t like the product, I planned to send them back, so I sent an email twice and have not heard anything from them, now I wonder if I got SCAM! Until now no one has responded to me. This is SAD..

Trusted that this is legit. I ordered 6 and indicates canceled, yet they didn't cancel my payment. They should send my lop balms ir refund my money. Very disappointing.

I ordered because of their glossy, appealing Instagram ads. Their website led me to believe the balms are made in the Netherlands and shipped from a US warehouse. They say you will receive your order in 7-10 days. It’s been 15 days and I haven’t received my order. My complaint is that they don’t provide real tracking information. Every few days you get an email that says your order is “at your local post” or “arriving soon”. After looking at my order on the website I found a number and figured out it’s for 17Track. Entering the number I found shows me that my order is coming from China. So, I researched further and found out these balms are made in China! I keep checking 17 track and the last tracking shows my package in China on Nov. 9. I ordered on Nov. 2. There is no way to tell where the package is now. At worst, this is a scam. If it isn’t I think they are tricking us into believing a false origin story. They have the resources to make great advertisements but not the resources to provide emails with real time tracking?

I Ordered and my order says canceled.What can I do to get my money back

I have ordered from Honeybalm like 3 times now, and I am in love!!!
My favorites are the Strawberry lip scrub, but my absolute favorite is the Pumpkin Spice Lip Balm (I highly recommend)
