I am currently in Spain trying to order a 6 month subscription for my granddaughters birthday and despite numerous attempts my payment would not go through. One phone call to a very helpful customer service lady and the order was placed, paid for and confirmed in a letter of minutes. If the product is half as good as the customer service ice we are on to a winner

I have taken out Honeywell Bakes Annual Junior Baker subscriptions for 3 of my grandchildren (aged 6 to 7). They all really enjoy the arrival of the monthly baking kit and can easily follow the clear instructions. We share photos of the finished bakes and Nana (me) declares one child to be the winner each month. I don't think I'd repeat it for a second year but it's proved to be a very good gift so far.

We got the 12 month subscription for my 6year olds birthday. We have been so pleasantly surprised by it. Not only has she been able to follow all the instructions, but we love how it’s nearly all provided within the boxes, and that it fits through the letterbox so we’re not left worrying about parcels in the doorstep.

Has been something she’s never done before too. I’ve never seen her so excited every time one arrives.

Not a lot of biscuit for the price I paid.
The biscuits were advertised to keep their freshness over a few weeks, so I ordered it a few weeks before, but it did not. Also the taste was nothing special, a bit bland. Quite disappointed. On the plus side it was a cute image and personalised with my text.

The lovely jar full of Easter cookies was great and loved by my grandchildren. Some of the eyes had fallen off a few of the larger biscuits but didn’t cause a problem.

Great little company with good products and not over expensive for something a little bit different. Very pleased with the small baking kits bought as Easter gifts.

The softest cookies ever! I've never been a huge fan of biscuits/gingerbread but I got given some of these as a gift at Christmas and have had multiple orders since 😍 Absolute favourites... make a perfect gift too! Easy to order and fast delivery too

The recipes sent were far too complicated, I thought out of 3 orders 1 might be for a sough dough or baguette but instead we were sent bao buns and croissants that take 2 days to make, this would be OK if it was one or the other and then followed by something more simple
