Bought a Xaoimi mi 9t pro/ k20 pro, was worried that I would have to pay VAT even though I knew it was coming from Europe (italy), I wasn't certain tho,phone is great no issues, super easy to track DHL order from honorbuy account tab.

Ich war schon beim Kauf sehr zufrieden. Ja wie schon gesagt, Versandkosten sind hoch aber die Ware kommt , wenn aus EU Lager ( Italien oder Slowenien), verdammt schnell nach Deutschland. Nicht mal eine Woche.

Wie es mit Garantie aussieht? Darüber hatte ich mir wenig Gedanken gemacht. Und doch war das Smartphone nach ~6 Monate defekt (Touch Probleme). Hab mir viele Sorgen gemacht. Wird das klappen?

Ich musste leider den Versand nach Slowenien (~13€ mit DHL ) selber zahlen, sowie der Versand zurück ( 20$). Ich dachte mir was soll’s.
Aber das Smartphone war innerhalb einer Woche repariert wieder bei mir!!! So schnell kann’s vielleicht nur noch Apple! Das Ganze wurde per email organisiert. Die Antwort auf meine Nachrichten kam sehr sehr schnell. Das einzige was versäumt wurde: es wurde mir keine Verfolgungsnummer mitgeteilt. Diese kam erst nach 3 Tage auf Nachfrage. Paketbote war da schon unterwegs zu mir.

Also ich bin begeistert und kann Honorbuy nur empfehlen!!

Very pleased with service, phone arrived within 2 days by DHL, well packaged, very happy with phone.

I bought an amazfit stratos watch from them that proved to be defective and they agreed to replace it after many many emails and a long painful process. That took them 2 whole months as they first told me they sent it to the manufacturer to handle but as it proved they never did. In the end they finally agreed to replace it with a new one. The new one that is now 3 MONTHS OLD started getting really warm, draining its battery and randomly not working at all, all by its own (no crashes,bumps etc as the watch's exterior is intact). So I contacted them to resolve the issue they told me that it is out of warranty because its now past the 1 year that I originally ordered the FIRST-replaced watch!! Not the watch I own now, but the previous one! So the new watch they sent me (that proved to be defective) doesn't have , in their saying, any warranty and so they don't take any responsibility!!
TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE !!

Ordering phones on HonorBuy is always easy and delivery is ultra fast. No problems there.

For the first time I felt the need to ship a device to their service center in Slovenia - overall pretty good experience.
Shipped it (fairly cheaply) from Denmark, it arrived there 9 days later. I received no confirmation of the delivery from HonorBuy and didn't hear from them in a week's time. This is where I wrote an e-mail asking about the status of my repair. They apologized for the delay and let me know that they had fixed my device and would ship it back. Received it 2 days later.

In an ideal world, communication would be a bit better and if the problem is indeed covered by warranty, I would say they should at least pay for shipping back to the customer. They charge you $20 for that.

However, very nice company.

I had a excellent experience with Honorbuy! I begun the order on Monday without PayPal account. They needed verifications in order to secure that everything is fine. So onWednesday the shipped the phone from Italy and on Friday morning I had it in my hands in Greece. The package was really secured. The phone was sealed and in mint condition. I am not worry about after sale support since even shops in my country that have warranties do not support your needs never. I would definitely buy again from them.
