Delivery was great was and quick, took the bike to a mountain bike specialist shop the get a pump for the tyres. The bike specialist overlooked the bike; explained and showed (a lot of the pre built parts) were installed incorrectly and will have to be repaired.

The bike is perfectly safe on the arrival with 80% assembly. I gave the 4 stars due to the delivery process that separated the battery package and the bike package. The bike package arrived one week earlier than the battery package under the same purchase. This is my honest review and I highly recommended using Horacio bike for commuting and so on…

The whole process was seamless from start to finish.
When I did have a question my email was answered within 20 min.
Outstanding value for the quality of the components compared to other brands I had researched.
I decided to collect from the store directly and was met with genuine enthusiasm and great knowledge of their products. I bought a Blaze Cues M1 29 in Green.

Amazing customer service
