Stay away from this company.
If there is any zero star that what they deserve
They will sweet talk you into parting with your money without being sure that the documents needed to sale a property is with the seller, they will tell you give youbfraudulent statistics return on investment. Once you parted with their agent fee that is where the story get interesing. If you request to see the property they will keep giving excuses that the owner is not available meaning they don't even have acces to the property for 1 month. Finally to close the sales it will take 6 months. Next they will stop taking your messages if they manage to speak to you they will tell you that they are waiting for documents to complete the sales. I chased them for more than 6 months and requested for a refund they told me that is mot refundable and that there is no time limit stated to close seal On the process i lost my dad and was preparing for burial. One month later i got an email from my Solicitors, asking me to pay for their services because the agent told them that the property is no longer available. When i contacted them and asked why they said that they sent me a message on WhatsApp and I didn't reply for 1 month. That they have sold the property. I asked them that i didnt get an official email from them they said they set me a message on WhatsApp which I didn't have access to at that time and as a company do you communicate via email?.
I asked for refund they they refused. But i will be fighting for my fund. They are so heartless even when I told them that i liat my dad that period. They couldn't wait for more than 1 month but they held me hostage for 7 months

The company were so accommodating and helpful at the start of the tenancy, unfortunately this manner did not stay in place.

Lies & false deadlines regarding receiving my deposit back have continued for weeks. Feels like the business is more proactive when it comes to keeping the landlord(s) happy, than assisting tenants to receive what is legally their own funds.

Whole heartedly would not recommend Horzions Lettings & Sales for anyone looking to rent, cannot comment on the Sales side of the business. However, if it is anything like the utter shambles of the Rental side, I would strongly advise to avoid.

We chose Horizon to support us with the purchase of an investment property in the Middlesbrough area and we haven't been disappointed. They are friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. We've been extremely grateful for their support throughout the process. I'd highly recommend.
