Easy to place information with guidance which helps,although trying to identify area of site a bit tideous, most addresses seem to be in Scotland! Was reasonably easy to upload pictures
Fast response when I contacted them with a problem. Temporarily lost most of my photos but quickly sorted out. Sadly the market is flat for 7.5 lorries at time of advertising

Needing to add a video via YouTube link in this tech day is outdated, the UX on the website could overall just generally be better - it’s a shame because competition for other horse sale sites isn’t strong. (Def a gap in market!) The filtering to find the category you need isn’t great - which doesn’t fill me with hope to allow others to find my advert. The irritating number of random browser adverts on the page is too high also - interrupts to the browsing experience.

Everyone should yous it its great really reccomend
Very good and well looked after and organised easy to place ads on and easy to find ads and horses on nice people and very cheap to upload an ad . Really recommend for both buying and selling.

Poor contact communications
Apparently someone was interested in my trailer and I answered a question - yes it’s still for sale - but didn’t hear anything so tried to send my number by replying to the same horsemart email but it wouldnt send a second email so I had no way of contacting the person to pursue the sale and have no idea how anyone would contact me

The messages don’t always come through…
The messages don’t always come through to email - or if they do, they’re very delayed. I also got a complete weirdo contacting me by text asking to see photos of me in riding boots…

Brought a colt through this company
Brought a colt through this company, 30 seconds after delivery I was in intensive care as it violently kicked me on getting it off the lorry, the delivery driver bogged of the seller wasn't interested, my arm was broken in five places, my ribs totally shattered on one side and had to be rebuilt, colt was brought to event!! Injuries were so severe I cannot ride again. Please do not trust on line sales view before you buy, both seller's in Ireland and their delivery divers want cash and they don't care how they get it
