The staff at Horton Skoda are friendly…
The staff at Horton Skoda are friendly and efficient, and this comes from the top. The proof? Complimentary drinks and biscuits while you wait, your car cleaned before they return it to you and on this occasion, even though it was only a routine service, they even noticed that my windscreen wipers needed changing so asked if I wanted that dealt with too. Attention to detail - it's what they're good at!

Impressive customer service overall. Phil was very knowledgeable, polite and attentive with no pressured sales chat. On collecting our Skoda all pre-requisits were done to a high spec and it looked like new. Happy customers!
