I run a reverse-recruitment practice for professionals who want targeted roles, tailored applications, and daily visibility — without turning the job search into a second full-time job. The job-search industry is broken in two halves. Recruiters work for employers, not candidates. Resume writers and career coaches hand you documents and wish you luck. Nobody actually runs the search. That is the gap this practice fills, and it is the only thing I do. Every engagement is a custom-scoped operation handled end-to-end: positioning, sourcing, daily applications, interview preparation, and negotiation. Roles are sourced directly from company career portals and ATS systems — no Easy Apply shortcuts, no aggregator dependency. Every resume and cover letter is tailored to the specific role in a natural, human tone. Every submission is approved by you first, and a shared live tracker keeps the whole search transparent. I bring 10+ years in HR and corporate talent acquisition, an MBA, the SPHRi credential from HRCI, and a Harvard teaching certificate to each search. I have seen what gets read in an inbox of 400 applications and what gets filtered — that pattern recognition, across 540+ projects and a 4.8★ record on Fiverr and Upwork, is what I apply to your search. I am not a recruiter with roles to fill, not a coach with generic frameworks, and not an AI tool that batch-applies. I work with a small team and cap active engagements at 3–5 so every search keeps human review and your approval. Searches run globally, with the strongest networks across the USA, Canada, Europe, and the GCC.

Worth it

I had a great experience working with Hosney. He helped revise my resume and LinkedIn, handled the job search and application process, and consistently kept me updated throughout everything. He was very responsive, organized, and open to feedback whenever I wanted to adjust the types of roles we were targeting.

Most importantly, the applications did generate results, and I received multiple interview requests during and after our time working together. The job market can obviously be unpredictable and there are factors outside anyone’s control, but Hosney was always transparent about that and continued doing what he could to improve my chances.

I also really appreciated that he continued to check in and offer support even after the project was completed. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Hosney to anyone who doesn't have the time to manage a full job search themselves and wants someone to help with the process.

Amazing and huge help in job search!

Honey was amazing and made the process of looking for a new job so easy. Within a few weeks of working together, I had several interviews. Hosney shared detailed prep for each opportunity I shared with him and was super communicative throughout the whole journey. After 3 months of working together, I got and signed an offer! Hosney is a true pro!

Hosney is a true pro, I mean he went and got his MBA in the field so he can always keep up to date on new trends with resumes and find out how to best prepare you once you do get the interview. His prep work is great and he is so dependable. He will keep track of all of the applications sent and will have a spreadsheet of all that he has applied for and status. He also has put a tremendous amount of work in detailing which jobs to apply for based on skills and preferences. As you go along the jobs will align more and more. He is a friend of mine and you can trust him.
