Ich leide an Parodontitis und mir fehlten mehrere Zähne, könnte mich aber nicht dazu durchringen, die Behandlung in Deutschland durchführen zu lassen, da sie zu teuer war. Letztes Jahr bin ich mit Hospitadent in Kontakt gekommen und wurde von Anfang an von der hervorragende Manuela betreut. Ihr, immer freundlich, nett und hilfreich, habe es zu verdanken, dass ich mich für die Behandlung in der Klinik in Fatih entschieden habe, und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich bekam sechs Implantate und einen Sinuslift. Das gesamte Team ist sehr professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Klinik ist sehr sauber und ich kann sie nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an Zeynep, meine Dolmetscherin in Istanbul: sehr nett, freundlich und kompetent. Ich hätte mir keine bessere Erfahrung wünschen können.

Warning! They don’t have CAD und CAM

I paid a deposit after they promised me that everything would be done with a 3D CAD/CAM scanner no rubber impressions, all digital. Once I arrived, I found out it was a complete lie. They don’t even have real CAD/CAM equipment for crowns as they claim on their website and in messages.

When I confronted them, they suddenly changed everything and asked me to pay the full amount before even starting the real treatment. After I refused and caught them lying, they simply kept my deposit and told me, through their translator, that either I continue with them or I can forget my money.

This is not a clinic it’s a trap for foreign patients. They promise European quality but deliver nothing close to it. Be carefulbefore trusting their advertising or fake smiles on Instagram. Once they get your money, they stop caring.

After my case, I discovered that this clinic buys fake reviews to cover up negative experiences. Please, go directly to a certified private dentist in Turkey, not to this kind of commercial clinic, you they will lie to you and risk your health. Be very careful!

I strongly advise everyone: Do NOT get treated in this clinic!
They placed three dental implants incorrectly, which caused a sinus injury and damaged my healthy teeth. The clinic denied any responsibility, even though the pain and complications were clearly caused by their own surgeon.

I had to undergo an emergency operation in another clinic to remove the implants and clean up the infection they had caused. Since then, I’ve been under continuous treatment in Germany, dealing with severe pain and long-term damage.

This experience has been traumatic and expensive, and I’m now preparing to take legal action against this clinic for medical negligence.

Please, don’t make the same mistake I did.
Don’t be fooled by fake smiles, fake promises, or fake reviews. Your health is worth more than any discount or fancy marketing.

They took my money and refused to give it back, even though I never received the service I paid for. Luckily, my Visa helped me get my money back they confirmed that they successfully withdrew it directly from the clinic but it took months of stress, documents, and endless emails.

I will not give up on my rights, because what they did is unacceptable. The surgeon himself was probably the only professional person there, and that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 he placed the implants correctly. The rest all 0 stars.

But everything else was a complete disaster! The staff had no idea what they were doing, the communication was terrible, and Emrah Kurt, the so-called “chief,” had absolutely no control over his team. They don’t even notice when their employees steal from patients, and they clearly don’t know how to place crowns properly.

This place doesn’t act like a medical clinic it acts like a business run by people who only care about money. Never again.

Achtung, Finger weg!!! Große Versprechen, aber nichts wird eingehalten!

Ich hatte einen Termin für eine Zahnreinigung und vier Kronen im Frontbereich. Mir wurde viel versprochen, modernste Behandlung, faire Zahlung und höchste Qualität.

Doch nachdem mein Mann dort schon 1.800 € als Anzahlung für Kronen gezahlt hat und bis heute kein Geld zurückbekommen hat, habe ich sofort reagiert. Eigentlich wollte ich am 22.08.25 nach Istanbul fliegen, der Flug war bereits gebucht aber ich habe die Reise storniert.

Diese Klinik lockt mit großen Worten und Werbung, doch die Realität sieht anders aus: Sie stellen eine Falle, holen die Patienten nach Istanbul und nutzen sie dann finanziell aus. Die Vereinbarungen werden nicht eingehalten, Versprechen werden gebrochen, und am Ende bleiben Enttäuschung und Schaden.

Sie sind stolz darauf, „viele Standorte“ in Istanbul zu haben. Aber das ist nur Show die Zentrale ist der größte Fallstrick.

Dazu kommt: Auf Instagram blockieren sie Kommentare, um die Wahrheit zu verbergen. Alles, was nicht in ihr Hochglanz-Bild passt, wird sofort gesperrt. So zeigt sich, dass es ihnen nicht um ehrliche Arbeit oder Qualität geht – sondern nur darum, ihr Image zu kontrollieren.

⚠️ Meine Warnung an alle, Finger weg! Diese Klinik weiß nicht, was echte Qualität und Verantwortung bedeuten. Sie beschäftigen billige und ungelernte Arbeitskräfte und nutzen die billigsten Materialien, sodass sie Patienten am Ende nur mit ihrem „schönen Auftritt“ zum Lachen bringen nicht mit guter Zahnmedizin.

Sinan, Dr Madina at Hospitadent and the rest of the group there are SCAMMERS. Stole my deposit, and demanded very weird documents. Wanted my banking information. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Go to a real dentist. This place was made to scam international customers

Avoid Hospitadent Istanbul if You're from the USA

I am a US patient who made the huge mistake of getting dental implants at Hospitadent in Istanbul, Turkey. This has been an absolute nightmare experience that I deeply regret.

The Problems:

Despite promising a 5-year warranty on my prosthesis, they are now refusing to honor it and won't see me for follow-up care
Made 5 trips back to Istanbul over 4 years for various dental issues - each time costing me thousands in travel expenses and time off work
They knew full well that no US dentist would touch work done abroad, essentially trapping me into their "care"
Persistent problems with my implant that they refuse to properly address
Total lack of accountability for their substandard work
Financial Nightmare: What seemed like a cost-effective solution became exponentially more expensive than US treatment when factoring in:

Multiple round-trip flights to Istanbul
Hotel accommodations for each visit
Lost wages from time off work
Ongoing dental problems that remain unresolved
Warning to Fellow Americans: Do NOT fall for the "dental tourism" trap to Turkey. The initial savings are completely wiped out by the need for multiple return visits, and you'll be stuck with no local recourse when things go wrong. The quality of work is subpar, and their "warranties" are meaningless.

Save yourself the money, time, and stress - get your dental work done in the United States where you have proper consumer protections and can actually hold providers accountable.

Everywhere is very clean and everyone is smiling

I started my implant treatment with Dr. Fethiye Çağlar Özşahin about a year ago. For years, I had been postponing it out of fear, as dental treatments always made me anxious. However, the moment I met her, I felt an immediate sense of trust, and the whole implant procedure turned out to be incredibly smooth and comfortable.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was welcomed with warm smiles, and I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the doctors, surgeons, and the entire team.

Although I live in the UK, I make sure to visit once or twice a year for my routine check-ups and dental cleaning. I’m truly grateful to have found such a reliable, caring, and highly professional clinic.

My doctor throughout all the years - Dr. Esra Melike AKDOĞAN. She is not only the most profound dental professional with extraordinary medical skills, but also an exceptionally kind and caring person with a deep dedication to her patients. Her administrative team is very efficient and fluent in many languages. My coordination manager, Mirella, walked me through the whole process, from booking an appointment to managing the treatment schedule to following up on my well-being after the procedures seamlessly and in the best possible way. Mirella‘s professionalism sets the standard for excellence in administrative services. It really feels like a family here. Highly recommend.
