Awesome customer service from Darren at Host Faddy.
I stupidly thought I would go somewhere else within a week I was back with Darren.
Because the other team did not know what they were doing, I was without emails for 3 days and no spam filters on my website!!!
Stick with somebody who knows what they’re doing and that is certainly Darren from Host faddy.

Hi Roman, I hope you are well. Your ticket number HF-180877 was set as closed until you reopened it last night. I will attend to it straight away.
You opened the ticket on the 14th August which was also closed on the same day that is way our support team didn’t get back to you. Your domain will not be lost as it is set to expire in the 25th September so there is still time to renew it.
