Hemos cambiado hace un par de meses a Hostify y por ahora la experiencia es muy buena, todavía seguimos descubriendo soluciones que nos ayudan a resolver el día a día. Comparado con otras soluciones del mercado nos ha resultado muy intuitivo y fácil de usar, aunque todavía nos queda mucho por descubrir.
El onboarding fue menos dramático de lo esperado, ya que cambiar de software siempre es estresante, pero gracias a Joan fue casi inmediato sin perder ventas ni comunicación con nuestros clientes.
EL software tiene capacidades infinitas y es muy adaptativo y modular, esto se traduce en que lo puedes adaptar y personalizar a tus necesidades.

Our rental property is managed by a agent that uses Hostify, the platform provides very poor granular ability to mange pricing and discounts across platforms. We have made a few price changes and run a few offers and every time the Hostify system has issues and it takes manual intervention with the hostify support. If I was an agency I would think very carefully about choosing Hostify as you will struggle with all but the most simple of property pricing structures. As a owner of properties, I feel that we are finically worse of because our priorities are listed via the Hostify platform vs an alternate system, this is due to the lack of pricing flexibility, although they advertise these features, in reality they do not work or are very unreliable. You have been warned!
Update: Several day later, and the issues still are not resolved. No last minute airbnb discount, discounts not working on Marriot or Plum Guide. Our agent has been advised "They are working on it" in the mean time the property owners are loosing revenue.

While Hostify offers basic pricing rule capabilities, we’re not a dedicated pricing tool. Our platform focuses on simplifying property management, centralizing operations, and syncing with various booking channels. That said, not all external platforms handle pricing rules in the same way, which can sometimes cause confusion or limitations.
To support this, every client has access to a dedicated account manager and customer success team to help them get the most from Hostify.
We’d be happy to look into this further and assist your property manager directly. If you’re open to it, please share your contact details and we’ll gladly follow up.

Moved to Hostify from Lodgify two months ago. DO NOT DO IT!!! You have been warned. Onboarding is so poor they may as not bother, the staff do not know anything and ask technical support for every onboarding issue, but we cannot speak to technical support directly. For the last 2 days their system have been down but WORSE is that AIRBNB have now taken all our properties down because of hostify - NO ONE CAN BOOK A SINGLE DATE, NO ONE CAN SEARCH FOR US ON AIRBNB, and hostify send a crappy email detailing no end time for this. WE MOVED TO GUESTY THIS MORNING AND CANCELLED!

I’m very sorry for the frustration and disruption you experienced. The incident was caused by an outage at a third-party data center that impacted our core systems — an event beyond our control that nonetheless caused significant disruption.

SYSTEM OFF LINE 2ND DAY!
System has been down now entering 2nd day. No-one can reserve ourproperties, auto messages with key codes are not being sent, no diary schedule for housekeeping- we are completely blind. CEO messaged late yesterday afternoon saying it would be back up that day - since then no further communication. Do they think they can just bury their heads in the sand without updating us regularly? - as an operator this has cast huge doubts over Hostify's system robustness and I will be looking at other alternatives. Communication is key and the lack of it from the top is unacceptable.

The rep is definitely represents the company
The rep that I speak with every time I have a question or issue is Pabel. He has patiently trained and tought me how to use the program. I love that he takes the time to guide and assist me. Now looking back I find this PMS to be very easy to use. You just have to learn the navigation part and the rest will take care of itself. 🤗

Cumplen con lo prometido
Llevo dos años utilizando Hostify y desde el primer minuto ha cumplido con todas mis expectativas. He probado otros PMS, pero ninguno se acerca a la calidad y funcionalidad de este. La atención al cliente es excelente, siempre cumplen lo que prometen y, ante cualquier problema, lo solucionan de manera rápida y eficiente. Sin duda, 100% recomendable.

Es muy fácil de usar e implementar, tiene conectividad con platafomras y herramientas que considero sumamente importantes para mi negocio como stripe, pricelabs, etc. Puedo tener unas plataformas en una divisa y otras en otra, la interfás es amigable.
