Highly disappointed. Would not recommend Hostigate to anyone.
I had one of the worst experiences with Hostigate. I paid ₹3647 for their hosting service, and after using it for a few months now, I couldn’t even log in to my account. I tried multiple times, cleared cache, even changed browsers – nothing worked. For a hosting company, the very basic requirement is access to your account, and they failed at that.
To make matters worse, there was no proper support or resolution. I feel completely cheated out of my money. If this is how they treat new customers, I can’t imagine trusting them for long-term business hosting.
Highly disappointed. Would not recommend Hostigate to anyone.

Firstly, your account and our servers were never down. At the time you experienced issues logging in, our client area was undergoing a planned upgrade, and during that period, our branding was temporarily changed. This was clearly a maintenance-related matter, not server downtime.
Secondly, during your interaction with our support team, you used abusive language over live chat, which is unacceptable under any circumstances. Our team is always committed to assisting clients respectfully, but we cannot tolerate inappropriate behaviour.
We value all of our customers, but it’s important to ensure fairness and transparency. While we understand your frustration, the situation you described was not due to service failure on our part.

Their shared hosting plans come with a solid set of features, including unlimited bandwidth, free SSL certificates, and one-click installs for popular CMSs like WordPress. They also offer website building tools, which is great for beginners. The only downside here is that some of the more advanced tools (like staging environments and backup solutions) are only available on their higher-tier plans.
