Reliable provider with fast support

We have been using their services since late 2020, and the experience has been consistently great.

Their support team is very responsive and handles requests quickly and efficiently. Network performance has also been stable, with no major issues affecting our services.

Overall, a reliable hosting provider that we can confidently recommend.

Great support from IGMS team

I had a very positive experience with HostingB2B. The IGMS team who handled my request was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. They assisted me in resolving a technical issue quickly and provided clear guidance throughout the process.

Their communication was smooth and efficient, and they followed up to make sure everything was working properly. It’s rare to receive such attentive and reliable support.

The only hosts I would use for the Middle East

I have been using HostingB2B for a few years now. They allow me to work with a client in Dubai who had previously been on an AWS server, but it was unfeasibly slow.

They have been professional, courteous, and always available. The server structure itself is great - a good price for a solid infrastructure, which has no downtime that I have experienced so far.

On occasion when I need to change servers to run upgrades on my systems they respond immediately, and always try to go above and beyond.

Most recently I have been dealing with Nikos who has been helpful and attentive throughout, but this is not just one person - the whole company seems to have this ethos, and it is very much appreciated from my end.

they solved my mistakes

Im renting a vps and had problems finding the right config; booked the wrong specs and was met with offers to upgrade and technical guidanc. I ended up using a different lightweight OS and they refunded me 3 months of windows server. I will stick with them, can recommend.

Very biased attitude towards clients

Very biased attitude towards clients, especially for political reasons. I recommended not to get involved in politics, but to be just a person. As other similar companies do. We chose another company, because this company is not trusted.
