Room 341 very cozy, however you could wish for a TV that works, more English channels, not everyone understands German.

They have forgotten what serviceminded means.
They do not answer back my mails after our stay. They charged us to much money in the bill and we of course want the money back. But they just don't answer my mails 🤷

Wir waren bereits im März im Hotel Birke und wollten eigentlich erst im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen,da es uns aber so sehr gefallen hat haben wir uns entschieden jetzt nochmal zu buchen. Und ich muss sagen trotz Ferienzeit war es wie im März total ruhig und entspannt. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen Tage und ein großes Lob an die Mitgastgeber. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich auch nochmal den Spa Bereich und die Anwendungen Corinne Solbes danke ich konnte mich richtig fallen lassen. Ich freue mich auf nächstes Jahr.

rigtig fint hotel med restaurant og spa. umiddelbart var personalet rigtig sødt udover nogle personer som der var arrogante og ikke serviceminded. Man bliver kigget underligt på fordi man er yngre end alle andre. Samt var der fuldt booket ved spaen så ingen massage til mig som havde glædet mig til det efter mange måneders hårdt arbejde. de kunne evt skrive at man burde booke spa i god tid. ødelagde hele mit ophold

Extremely arrogant and square minded owners/management, no flexibility and no understanding for families, only profit thinking.

Bad service!!
No workers at the café or restaurant takes initiative to ask you what you want or if you want anything else.
All the workers don’t show emotion and nobody knows how to do anything.
And you can’t even speak a little loud at the pool without anyone saying you have to be quiet because the people in the sauna needs silence.
You have to do everything yourself even tho there are WAY to many workers just walking around doing nothing.
And it takes a million years for the orders to come!!!
Don’t come here unless you want to be the one doing the workers job yourself (without getting paid).

A Great spa/pool hotel in Kiel. Our family of two boys age 8 and 12 love the place due to the easy atmosphere and kind working staff. This is our third stay, lovely pool and the best breakfast ever 10 out of 10 stars. We strong recommend it to all if you need a easy family weekend.
