Hotmerch Opiniões

Fantastic shirt and recipient loved it. Arrived exactly when it said it would when I was buying it. Perfect.

The shipment was incomplete. I received only 1/2 of the order. I paid for 2 designer masks but received one. Upon notification, HotMerch returned an email stating that the second mask would be sent immediately. I have sent reminder emails but have had no response. It is now 2 months after the original order was pre-paid. Very disappointed.

At this point, I will contact my credit card company with documentation of lack of service and request a refund of monies paid.

So helpful with the design and great quality merchandise. Very impressed!

My mask arrived very quickly, and the quality of the printing was absolutely perfect!

Having previously seen the quality of Hotmerch goods, I chose them to provide a personalised Merchandise Bar for an event I recently hosted. They could not have been more accommodating and enthusiastic. Hotmerch sourced the product I wanted, pre-personalised them and brought ready prepared branding and individual names and initials to the event for on site personalisation. The team worked tirelessly all evening, with masks on the entire time. All my guests, tweens and adults alike loved the offering and quality and they were without a doubt a highlight for us. Thank you so much!

I got the colourful Dalek t-shirt and face mask .I initially ordered the wrong size but we got that sorted in the end .They are highly responsive.
It's a high quality t-shirt and print and it just jumped my Nerd status up 10 points.

Fantastic products & service. Excellent staff, very patient, outstanding customer service. All goods delivered a delight to have. Hot Merch is my to go to place for special gifts, unique merchandise. I’ve shared in my forums so far & will keep up, as we need something to lift up the spirits especially under the current climate. 👍🏾

This was an easy transaction, I received my shirts within a short time for trans-Atlantic shipping. Seller made certain that my size and design choices were available.

The shirts are great quality, and the images are bright and sharp, and really cool!

Highly recommend these products and website. Have bought 11 face masks now and they are great. Get loads of comments on them. Good website and easy to use. Easy to use customise options. Delivered promptly. Great customer service if you need to contact them for help or any questions.

I'm sure I will be ordering more.

We bought 2 cups and 2 facemasks. Hotmerch dealt with my specific enquiries promptly and professionally. Look forward to ordering more products from them.

Good quality t-shirt (I am the real mccoy) but the sizing is a much smaller fit than other companies.
The company has been in touch and resolved my issue regarding sizing and I am satisfied with the outcome. I would consider buying from them again. Very good customer communication and service.

Exactly as described and quickly delivered

Great looking print on an excellent quality t-shirt with speedy delivery

Packaged very well. Looking forward to reading my book over the weekend.

It was exactly as advertised. The wait was a bit long but can't expect it to travel halfway across the world during a pandemic without delay. Over all a thumbs up.
