Replacement Filter & New Tap
Nick Taylor at Hotspot was at hand to assist with the ordering and fitting of our replacement filter cartridge!
We also had a problem with our water flow and Nick yet again was super helpful in supplying us with a new tap!
We now have a perfect flowing Hotspot!! Thank you Nick & team at Hotspot for your ongoing excellent customer service!!

Impressive personal service
Initially I did have a problem because they had supplied a different sized filter, which did not fit and this was very annoying. However, the mark of a good company is how they deal with challenges - and they went out of their way (literally, came to our house to sort the problems and returned when a new one occurred). So what was originally a negative turned into a hugely positive one.

Replacement Filter Bottle
I ordered a replacement filter bottle for the 3-1 tap and it arrive within 48hours of ordering! I unboxed the filter and read the instruction to find it was the simplest ever change over. I literally replaced the filter within 30 second! This was the first time I had replaced the filter! Can’t believe how easy it was!!!!
