I ordered two catalytic converters for my car and they had great pricing with fast shipping. they arrived super fast! I had an issue with the order and I called and John took care of it very easily and quickly. I always like a great customer experience!

This will be my first and last experience with this site. Ordered part on 10/8/25. Email order confirmation, said 2 weeks to ship. No tracking number was sent. One day, I get an email stating that package was delivered, except it was not delivered, and website stated that it "awaiting shipment". Customer service says that the part "needed to be made", and said it would available mid-December 2025. Fast forward to December, part still needs to be made, but expected date kept being pushed out farther and farther.

Contacted customer service a few different times, got offered a compatible part that was available and "would ship out right away". Said I'd get a confirmation email, which never came. Called customer service again looking for ETA, was promised a call back with details, which never happened.

Finally, after 1.5 weeks, I had to cancel my order due to part availability being pushed back farther and farther.

I did receive an email stating that my order was being cancelled and refunded.

Do not business with this company if you actually want the part you ordered.

They are so dishonest They said they had my exhaust in stock it has been 31 days and now they just do NOT pickup the phone

Bought a catalytic converter / exhaust system from them for a Mercedes CLK 430. As other reviewers noted this item is manufactured 4 inches too short to fit; was manufactured in 2024; you would have to add a pipe extension to make it work. Customer service is a joke; nearly impossible to return, over 15 emails with pictures; after Magnaflow received it back Hottexhaust refused to issue a refund; had to get my credit card issuer to do a chargeback after I sent them all the info; don't buy here.

Thought may be i had a deal Oh Boy no shipment tracking number no communication , no one answer the phone. Had to cancel the order and finally i got a rude worthless customer service who put me on hold and did not want know why i want cancel. No cancellation confirmation number and no refund status. Had to open a dispute with the bank and got my money back. Avoid , at all cost.

Lack of feedback - no tracking number

Shipments are slow, but this could be because I have such a rare vehicle. When I called customer service, they were very apologetic and professional. They also said they would call Magnaflow again to see if there was better timing for the part needed.

Awful. Took the car apart only to find they welded the catalytic converter on the pipe upside down, refuse to make it right. Sending me a label to return their crap. Don't deal with these fools. Not worth your time for the discount. They will certainly find a way to screw it up. Deal with reputable company.
