This was my second year of hiring a hot tub through Hot Tubs Oxfordshire and there’s several reasons I didn’t look anywhere else; Their service is absolutely first rate - You really feel cared for and valued as a customer. Communication is on point, timely and relevant. And installation day with Ross was a joy, as always; He is so knowledgeable but doesn’t make you feel stupid. He can’t do enough to offer advice, answer questions,
or help ensure you’re comfortable, and just makes the whole thing fun.
Just outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough.

When searching for a hot tub, your quest ends here. Our entire journey, from our first conversation with Carla to Harry's visit and the installation team's swift work, was exceptional. We are thoroughly enjoying our new hot tub!

I have just had my hot tub serviced by Ross and he has done an absolutely amazing job. He is so knowledgeable regarding the workings of the tub and was extremely thorough in his approach to the service. Also, the attention to detail is brilliant in how he's cleaned it. The hot tub looks like it is brand new, as does the cover. I cannot fault his commitment and workmanship and he took time to explain everything he was doing. Would give him 10 stars if I could! Ross was also amazing with my dog who was trying to be helpful in the garden with him!

Great service right from initial enquiry, to showroom visit, to wet test, to groundworks completion, to installation, to set-up and commissioning.

We have a small garden and quite a small tub which HTO have fitted beautifully so it's really not dominating the garden but instead makes use of a bit of space that we could never really use before.

We visited Hot Tubs Oxfordshire yesterday to look at spas for when we move home shortly. We have had a hot tub for the last six years the we love but will not be coming with us, so we were scouting for what we might like to have next. From the moment we arrived, Harry (who almost immediately got named 'Helpful Harry' because he really is!) and Nicky were a delight and made us feel completely at home and even insisted we brought our two dogs in with us. We never felt we were being 'sold to' or pressured in any way at all and we were encouraged to take all the time we wanted. Harry was hugely knowledgeable and tuned in to our needs quickly and provided lots of useful information and advice. We were invited to have a 'wet trial' and were left to enjoy one of the spas for as long as we wanted - and the hot tub was absolutely amazing!
It all helped us make a very well informed choice of spa and despite having previously decided we would only be looking now with a view to buying one later in the year, we ended up putting a deposit down on a spa for delivery in three months time. There was no pressure at all to this, it was our decision entirely to buy now and we could not be happier about our purchase. There is something very nice about buying something so good from people you really liked. We got a great price, great service, had a really fun day at the show room with perfect hosts in the form of Helpful Harry and Nicky. The dogs had such a great time too (including being taken for walk by Harry while were experiencing a hot tub!) and slept all the way home!
We now can't wait to have the spa installed at our new home in Sept/Oct. Many thanks Harry and Nicky.

We have used Hot Tubs Oxfordshire for a number of years now, for our maintenance repairs but sadly our 15 year old hot tub needed to be replaced.
We decided we couldn’t live without a hot tub so Natalie and the team arranged a fabulous replacement and removal of our old tub. The whole process and replacement was faultless and the team, as ever, were polite, hardworking and informative

Great showroom with a great selection of tubs available. Nothing pushy and a soft deposit option to secure your choice. After that excellent service with thorough installation and good back up after care service at any level you feel you need. Is simply THE place to go if you want a tub for the first time or a replacement. Well done! Keep up the good work

We bought our hot tub from these guys roughly 4 years ago...our knowledge on the subject was virtually zero but Kenny & Carla both spent a lot of time going through the different variations, pros & cons etc etc...and crucially with absolutely no hard sell!! They just wanted to help & inform. Have used their maintenance service ever since.
It was then, and still is now, the best service I have ever received and I would recommend to anyone!

Hot Tubs Oxfordshire - probably the most amazing company we've ever dealt with in forty years of marriage! They were friendly, helpful and patient throughout the whole process.
We turned up out of the blue for a trial dip, and said that we were looking to buy a house "sometime soon". We chose a nice Marquis tub and they patiently worked with us for nearly a year before we found a house, did the electrics and prepared a flagstone surface.

Kenny and Ross turned up bang on time after a four hour drive ("tea, one sugar thanks") and the tub was in place and filling with water in twenty minutes. Then came the Chemicals Talk, which was concise and clear (but, do record it on your mobile).

Natalie in the office was also amazing and so helpful. So, to conclude this epic - Zoe and I cannot recommend this company enough, they are amazing to deal with in every way. And, we have never said this of any company in any country we have lived in. If you are looking for a hot tub, give them a try.

From the second we walked into the showroom to our installation, our experience has been no less than REMARKABLE! Natalie was exceptionally helpful and informative. Ross from Hot Tubs Oxford has been servicing and cleaning our hot tub for some time now, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. He comes out quarterly, driving an impressive 2.5 hours each way to reach us, and always does an exceptional job. His work is thorough, with an incredible attention to detail, leaving our tub spotless every time. Ross is not only professional but also approachable, always happy to offer advice and take the time to explain things clearly. He’s a lovely guy and a real credit to his profession. A very proactive and helpful service from our initial visit to the showroom the the final installation. All staff are friendly and go the extra mile to ensure that everything is OK.

We were not disappointed. Special mention must go to Natalie, who could not do enough for us when we visited the showroom, was very knowledgable and made our family feel very welcome.

The 'can do' attitude of the delivery team was also first class, from site visit to installation. It was slick. Kudos to Barry and the team for overcoming access issues to land our tub in the perfect spot and install it perfectly without a hitch.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH HOT TUBS OXFORDSHIRE

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying one of Hot Tubs Oxfordshire’s fantastic tubs for a week, and it truly was the best week for our family. The timing couldn’t have been better, as it coincided with my daughter’s 13th birthday, making it an extra special occasion.

Throughout the week, we were able to disconnect from our devices and spend real, quality time together as a family. We found ourselves just sitting in the bubbles, talking openly about our day, whether it was work, school, or simply life. It was such a refreshing way to bond, leaving us feeling relaxed and closer.

From the initial contact, the service was outstanding. The calls and text alerts were clear and professional, and the team did a fantastic job of fitting and installing the hot tub exactly where we wanted it. The entire process was smooth, and their attention to detail made the experience seamless.

We would highly recommend this indulgence to anyone looking for something fun, different, and uplifting. It truly improved our wellbeing, and I even found myself sleeping better!
