Excellent quality heavy brass rimlocks and mortice knobs. Very shiny! Very substantial too.

Some of the knob screws provided are a little too long for both sides of the mortice lock, only having a thin wooden panel right next to the metal mortice case, but had some other brass screws that did the job.
The rim lock mechanisms are a little tight at the moment in certain directions, sticking a little, but I think they will loosen up with use - better that way around. And much more solid feel to the mechanism that any other rim lock that I've ever bought. They'll last another 100 years in our old house.

The door knob sets are beautiful and look great on our early 1900's cottage doors. Order was turned around quickly and delivered as promised.

I ordered a cast iron decorative doorbell that stated it could be used with 12V or battery. I couldn't find anyone who knew how to use it with a battery. There were no instructions with the thing about how to do it even. I telephoned you and was advised that I could get a part from B&Q that would do the job. No one had ever heard of it. It was a waste of money and time.

The items were delivered within 2 days of placing the order. They were well packaged and in good condition. They are solid brass and exactly as I hoped for. Each handle came with 2 screws for different thickness doors. I am very happy with products and well worth the price.
