I had bought a friend and myself the Black Hoodies for $80.00 each. They were Gorgeous and the Quality was Spot On. Then I had seen that they brought one of the Styles of Hoodie in White so I Immediately Ordered myself another one in White.
Sorry to say that when I received the White one Same Size. It was much smaller and was Not as Thick of a Sweatshirt.......Quality way down. Price still $80.00.
Disappointed I emailed Company. They sent me an Apology and a $24.00 Refund. I gave the Sweatshirt to one of my Daughter in Laws.

I hardly ever write reviews but after reading the other ones, I felt the need to. I have had a much different experience than most others have stated. For instance, I am shocked that many have mentioned “cheap looking and cheap material.” This was only my first order, however I was super impressed with the high quality, thick fabrics as well as the embroidery and the BLING! I love the signature angel wings and it was all packaged so nicely too. I rarely get to shop for myself and I was so excited when my order arrived. I gave a 4 rating instead of a 5, only because of the size chart. I used it before ordering, however the three items I purchased were unfortunately way too big. I’m in the process of returning them now for an exchange, but I have to compliment Customer Service too. Not only have they responded quickly, but they have also been friendly and very accommodating…they even sent me a prepaid label when their website clearly states that return cost is not covered. I am very pleased and will be shopping more with them in the future!

This stuff is crap! I ended up cutting them up & using them as dust rags.

Amazing product love the material. High quality. Great fit. The quality on colors is on spot per description. Great pricing. I’m here to share the love excited for more high quality products. Hoping to see swimwear for curvy women with support. These women can achieve this. Thank you!

I was SO excited to have a custom order of their red hoodie with gold embroidered wings on the back. Being in and out of the hospital, this item had significance to me and I was SO excited to receive it! When I initially inquired about ordering it, they promptly responded and said they could reproduce it as a custom order, obviously at a price (which I was happy to do). I don’t live in the USA, so the delay from purchase to receipt of the item was expected. No biggie. I am not a complainer, truly. However, the item arrived incorrect. Their e-mail below….

“Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order. We apologize for the mistake in sending you a hoodie with silver embroidery instead of gold as you had requested. We completely understand your preference for the gold embroidery and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom order. As such, we can replace the hoodie with the correct gold embroidery at no extra cost to you. Regarding the return of the hoodie with silver embroidery, we suggest sending it back to us via postal service. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a pre-paid label for the return shipping. However, once we receive the hoodie, we will send the replacement hoodie with the correct gold embroidery free of charge. Please let us know if this works for you and if you have any other questions or concerns. We want to make sure that you have a hassle-free experience with our products and services.”

Well, this IS a complete hassle….and what happened to, “As such, we can replace the hoodie with the correct gold embroidery at no extra cost to you.” You’re making me pay to ship your mistake back to you? That IS an extra cost to me.

I am SO disappointed with this service and product. It’s cheap looking, ugly, and I wish I never bought it. There is even a hole under the arm and where the front pouch is. They did not provide a reasonable solution and I haven’t heard back from them. The most expensive $300 hoodie I’ve ever bought and never worn. I’ll be donating this item to Goodwill. SO disappointing. I really hope D&S read these reviews and see how unhappy their customers are or someone recognizes the need to establish better resolutions.

Tacky and cheap looking ... no creativity… not one item I would wear on the whole site. I was surprised to see a few plus sized options.. but absolutely no variety.. it’s literally what the women wear.. and OMG, the camouflage jumper!? I wouldn’t purchase that from a thrift store for $1.. I was at least hoping for some of the elegant taste in home goods that we see from the show but blah.. very disappointed. Ugh.

I bought a hoodie and joggers. The quality was very poor. The price was a little on the high side with quality being on the very low side. I'd rather spend my money buying something off of WISH.

I don’t write reviews but wanted to based on the other reviews.Not sure why everyone is is giving negative reviews and feedback? Just got my first order today and very satisfied with the quality of the product. I was feeling a bit nervous about the quality but was pleased with my order. I do wish they would put sizes as actual sizes like M-8 to 10 and so on. Got large sizes for hoodie and sweats and top was baggy but sweats were form fitting. Not a deal breaker but would have ordered a size up on bottom due to having a little junk in the trunk🙅‍♀️ but just ordered again with them and with better idea of sizes and will continue to order. I also had to contact them to get shipping information because I’m leaving town and was pleased with quick response and they made sure items arrived before I left. I’m an online shopper prefer online over in store and it’s expected that sizes are different based on brand and first time purchase from new brands and vendors. I suggest anyone who is interested to definitely order because negative reviews are based on individual preferences and I decided to order and see for myself I’m completely satisfied

I never write reviews but I am am so pleased with the joggers I purchased that I had to write a review.I bought They are just perfect. The quality is great because the fabric is thick and soft and the seams have a really nice finish. I just bought another pair in a different color because I like them so much.

I recently rolled the dice and bought an outfit, I thought it was fairly retro and gave me 90s vibes. When it arrived, the fabric was cheap, and the craftsmanship was crap. It truly does seem like dropped shipped fast fashion from china with some wings embroidered on quickly. If you want a look like that you would be better suited to find a consignment or thrift store and find clothes from that Ed Hardy/Juicy era.

Junk junk junk. Clothes arrived damaged and cheap feeling. Donated them to the Salvation Army. They are probably still there.

Horrible, tacky, dated clothing. These women are stuck in the 90’s and have zero sense of fashion.. just like they have zero sense of how messed up their faces look.

If y’all would stop spending money on these men, maybe you could get your clothing line up to part!! This is ridiculous, your reviews has 1 star, y’all have been on TV long enough to have your stuff together.

Their clothes are just tacky and not trendy at all. The latest swim wear range was just YUK especially the mens wear. A little bit of humbleness would go a long way but this company just keeps saying how good they are and I've seen much better designs elsewhere. Tone it down and let go off the bling - less is best. They don't keep their website updated and even their models don't look very professional. Won't be purchasing again as the quality is shocking.

I’ve been shopping with houseof11 since their doors open. Pretty much!! This last order I spent over $617. One item was a ring I had to return because a couple of stones were missing. It happens. I get it! But the shipping label they gave me to send the ring back took almost two weeks to get back to them. They shipped the order to me through UPS but returned the damage ring snail mail. They FINALLY got it back June 3rd then finally shipped me another one out. I still haven’t received it!! I just think for a customer that’s been with you since pretty much from the beginning, you could treat a little better than this!! I’ll never shop with them again!! Sorry Darcy & Stacy!! But that’s it!! 😞

Poorly made clothes.
Stiching is terrible on EVERYTHING and also hole in clothes when they arrive.
Return is impossible when I live in another contry. Shipping is 100 usd..
Sizingchart is terrible with no mesure of the items itself. Something is to small and something is to big in the same size. Heartshaped patch is missing on my teddyjacket but they do not update itemdescription on netshop..
Sweatpants not same length on legs..

Very beautiful clothes but the worst quality, have been a customer for almost two years but now i dont want to spend any more of my money here.. :(
